Nestled in a prime location, it provides easy access to the marina, inviting beaches, and delightful local eateries. Inside, you`ll find a thoughtfully designed space with all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen & a comfortable bedroom for restful nights. Experience the tranquil beauty of coastal living in this charming haven, your ideal escape to paradise.
This is a cozy 1 bedroom apartment in Marina Del Rey.
LIVING AREA: Clean and comfortable. Expect to have all the essentials: 65 inch Smart TV with Netflix and your favorite streaming apps, and a fireplace.
KITCHEN: Coffeemaker, microwave, dish washer, updated stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, blender, toaster, dish soap and dishwasher soap provided.
DINING AREA: There is a dining table that seats 4 people.
BATHROOM: 1 full bathroom. Shower, bath tub, and tons of storage space.
SLEEPING: 1 king mattress in the master bedroom and a 55 inch smart TV. Inside the master bedroom is a walk in closet.
PATIO: Seating for two on the balcony.
LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer provided in the unit for free.

If you want to check in any earlier before 3PM, there is a $50 charge per hour up until 12PM if you want to take advantage of early check in. You will need to notify us 24-48 hours prior to check in date.
If you want to do a later check out it`s $65 an hour up until 1:00PM. You will need to notify us 24-48 hours prior to check in date.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM in respect to our neighbors.
There is a $500 lost key fob fee so PLEASE keep track of the key fob and return it safely to the lockbox at the end of your stay.
