- Lower-level living space with additional bedrooms and laundry

- Patio with comfortable seating + fire pit overlooking the water

- Direct access to the sandy beach and the crystal-clear East Bay



Guest Access:

- Entire waterfront home

- Private beach area

- Outdoor seating + fire table

- Garage + driveway parking - Room for 3 vehicles and/or trailers. Shared driveway, and not possible to turn trailers around.

- Kayaks and beach essentials that are at home are free to use, but not guaranteed as part of the stay.

- Check-in: 4 PM

- Check-out: 10 AM

- Waterfront property, children should be supervised
