Awesome Beach Vacation

This property is fantastic. This is our second time renting and will continue to be our go to spot when in orange beach! It’s the little things that make a difference. The space, cleanliness and convenience of everything in the kitchen made this place feel like our home away from home! Can’t wait to be back.

Great property

We had a great stay. Very well equipped with everything you need. Air was set at 73. So it was very warm to start but we contacted the management team and got it sorted quickly. The property had several pools and hot tubes, which where great for our rainy days and cooler nights.

Perfect beach vacation!

This condo was beautiful! It was perfect for our spring break beach vacation. The layout was super spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the patio was a perfect view of the beach. We loved the door off the master to balcony because we could hear the waves of the ocean from our room. We loved that each room had their own restroom and the master bathroom closet was big and perfect for all our clothes and suitcases and then some. The kitchen was super clean and stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans and the stand alone ice maker came in super handy! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

A little disappointed in the furnishings for Seachase standards , especially that Dining table. Very awkward and hard to get in and out of. Probably wouldn’t repeat with that unit.

The only complaint I have is I think you need more cleaning supplies for kitchen and more than two trash bags. And the the two sofas need a professional cleaning they are stained very bad. Other than that it's always great there. The staff is extremely helpful. I will not go anywhere else.

Perfect beach front condo!

The condo is nice but a few improvements would make it much better, such as: need new coffee cups and soup bowls (not chipped), need a serving platter for meat/shrimp and replace worn out Teflon pans and pans. The master toilet is old and worn out. Hard to flush...The handle must be pushed and pulled to flush or water keeps running. Need additional blankets for each bed because the thin blankets on beds are not sufficient when it’s cold inside.The AC thermostat couldn’t be adjusted upward at night. A recliner in LR would be nice, too. Cleaning needs improvement... Several dishes, pots and silverware were put away dirty!

Family Beach Trip 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The original room 203C we rented the owner was painting and did not tell seachase it was not going to be ready for our stay. So, 30 minutes before arriving we received a phone call from Angela at seachase telling us that. She was extremly friendly and helpful. Seachase put us in room 201E a larger room (beautiful & clean )at no extra charge and because we had to move to another room on the property our last night they refunded me saturday night. They gave us covered private parking. They also gave us 5 free tickets to OWA park. Seachase employees could not have been nicer, friendly, and helpful they were great. I will definitely stay there again. The property was clean and safe. We did not have to worried about anythingGreat employee's at seachase Thanks again

The Condo is amazing and the location on the beach is unbelievable absolutely the best stay I've had at the beach. And all the people that I dealt with through out from just calling to see what they had available to the guys at the gard shack were all amazing. And you will not deal with any nicer people than the girls at the front desk. By far best vacation stay I've had!!!

June Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice but not furnished with any supply's for our first night such as (extra blankets, pillows, dishwashing detergent. No patio furniture. We bought chairs at the Dollar Store so we could enjoy the balcony. Hallways were very sandy. Not enough Luggage carts, the one we tried to use a had a rotten tire. One of the elevators did not work. We have been coming to Sea Chase for 12yrs. We realize a hurricane had came through previously but these are small things that were not in short supply. We are planning on staying somewhere else next year.Prices have continued to rise. Check in time is later in the evening and check out time is earlier in the morning, We are paying for 7 days and actually can only enjoy 5 days .

Reviewer Comments: There were no blinds in living room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms No internet, No furniture in master bedroom, no wall decor, no vanity mirrors in bathrooms, no patio furniture Complications with TV in living room No TV in master bedroom Price was overcharged for not having these things. We did get a 50% refund but unit shouldn’t have not been rented out if wasn’t ready.
