Belle maison au jardin botanique (appartement n ° 3)

Cette belle maison de trois chambres, deux salles de bain et 1002 m² est située dans une zone verdoyante et tranquille à l’intérieur des hauteurs d'Alamo de San Antonio, juste derrière les jardins botaniques. Appartement est à distance de marche du zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville. Il est remodelé avec des planchers de bois et de tuiles, des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres, des douches sur mesure et des douches sur mesure, des comptoirs en granit avec des éviers en acier inoxydable. Il comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il est entièrement meublé et équipé. Comprend également la télévision avec câbles, Wi-Fi, laveuse et sécheuse et plus encore. Les 3 chambres comprennent des lits pour 5 personnes ainsi qu'un canapé dans le salon qui s'ouvre sur un lit queen-size. Un lit pliant est également disponible. Les deux sont très à l'aise! Cette maison peut accueillir un total de 8 personnes. Les hauts plafonds et les puits de lumière en font un espace lumineux et accueillant. Vous allez l'adorer! En dehors de l'appartement, il y a un barbecue et un coin salon, des arbres fruitiers et de nombreuses places de stationnement.

L'appartement est 100% non fumeur.
Il y a une chaise haute et Pack n Play disponible (sur demande)

Great place to stay!

Place was in a good location from the Alamodome and convenient to other locations. The place was clean, smell clean and arrange neatly. Family of 5 enjoyed the stayed at this apartment.

Peaceful family 👪 getaway

I don't usually write reviews, but our stay was so very pleasant. The location was fantastic and it was so peaceful, even at night on the weekend. The apartment was easy to get to and to get to all the places we wanted to get to! We felt safe and enjoyed the room that the apartment had to offer. We will definitely stay here again...multiple times!

The room was not the room pictured on VRBO website. Coffee machine not working. The microwave door did not fully open, because it hit the wall. We got what we paid for.

Tomasa, your reservation was moved to another unit due to double booking. While they are decorated differently, they all have the same amenities. If we had known there was something not working we would have definitely had it replaced or serviced. We ask all guest to let us know immediately if there is anything lacking. We strive to ensure all of our guest enjoy their stay at our properties.

Great Location

Our family met up in San Antonio to spend our last family vacation together- one of our family members is terminally ill. There were four adults and three kids that stayed seven days here. The location was great! The longest drive we encountered was to Aquatica/Seaworld. The Bontanical gardens are in walking distance as is Brekenridge Park. We highly suggest this park! Our family spent many cherished evenings there. When pulling up to the apartment complex, it is clean with stripped parking. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe enough for us to walk it. * There is a dog across the street that barked non stop for two nights. * The apartment was very clean! *Fabuloso scent was so overwhelming that it could be smelled in the parking lot* It is simple and cute. The open space of the kitchen and living room was nice and allowed for us to cook and eat together. The dining table seats six so we were able to play board games. The bedroom with the trundle bed stays hot! It was in the triple digits the week of our stay We purchased a fan to put in the hallway to blow cool air into that room. The living room is cozy with a chair, sofa, and coffee table. Perfect for a smaller group than ours. We used blankets to make pallets for the kids to lay on when we watched a movie. There is a tv and internet. The washer is sooo small! Two beach towels were a full load. I would recommend this property to a group of four or smaller. It is very clean, in a safe neighborhood & with a great location!

Nice apartment

It was a nice apartment for our one night trip. Plenty of space downstairs for 4 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and nice. It was nice that it had two showers/bathrooms. It was hot when he arrived but cooled quickly. They had coffee which was a plus. The parking was right in front of the apartment. The area didn’t look to great but it was definitely safe during our stay. It was great that it was 10 minutes from all of our excursions we had planned. The futon downstairs was comfortable to sleep on, my boyfriend wants to buy one now. Overall good stay for our short family get away.

We had a group of 4 family in town for graduation at Trinity. Was a nice location, convenient to stores on Broadway, downtown, and the school. Clean and easy to check in.

Great for a quick family trip

Great for a quick family trip. We booked this location for my son‘s graduation from the Air Force. It was about 20 minutes from the location and we had plenty of space to spread out with our family of six and two dogs. The thing about the gated yard was not quite accurate. We did have to walk around to the back and it was not gated. Keep in mind if you have a lot of people in the house you can blow a fuse pretty easily. Also the fireplace did not work. Overall it’s quick and easy cheap vacation for San Antonio.

Great Value

Everyone in our party of four adults enjoyed the property. It was well furnished and met all our needs. It is a renovated older property with some normal wear and tear, but very quiet and comfortable. I would stay again without hesitation.

Great apartment!

We had a great stay at the apartment!! 2 adults and 3 teens, and a dog. We had plenty of space! It was super convenient having a washer and dryer. Also, there is a fenced in area behind the apartments for dogs! It was a helpful feature to have. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.
