En vous promenant dans ce lodge pittoresque à flanc de colline, vous découvrirez un décor montagnard charmant et beaucoup d’espace pour que vos invités passent leur temps libre L'entrée comprend un porte-manteau en skis ainsi que des étagères sur lesquelles les clients peuvent ranger leurs chaussures et leurs vêtements.

Dans la cuisine entièrement équipée, vous serez heureux de trouver tous les équipements et appareils dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour. Laissez mijoter un plat cuit lentement dans la mijoteuse tout en passant la journée dans les montagnes, puis rassemblez-vous autour de la table à manger pour 8 personnes pour faire le plein pour le lendemain!

Détendez-vous et détendez-vous dans le salon spacieux tout en regardant votre émission préférée sur la télévision par câble à écran plat. Les grandes portes coulissantes en verre et les puits de lumière laissent entrer la lumière naturelle pour éclairer la pièce et afficher le ciel bleu bordé d'arbres.

Que vous regardiez la neige tomber sur la forêt ou que le soleil se couche sur les nuages, vous ne vous lasserez jamais de la vue depuis le pont. L'espace fournit également un barbecue au charbon de bois pour les grillades estivales.

Lorsque vous vous retirerez pour la nuit, retrouvez un film sur la télévision par câble tout en vous installant dans le lit queen-size de la chambre principale. Le niveau inférieur abrite également la deuxième chambre avec 2 lits superposés à partager, et le canapé-lit gigogne au troisième niveau est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent plus d'intimité.

Peu importe la météo, vous pouvez pratiquer des activités de plein air toute l'année! Durant les mois les plus chauds, vous serez enclin à explorer les sentiers à proximité, à descendre une tyrolienne ou à réserver un VTT et une excursion hors route. Dévalez les pentes lorsque la température baisse et remplissez vos journées avec des aventures de ski, de snowboard ou de motoneige.

Pour une excursion d’une journée, aventurez-vous pendant 10 minutes dans le premier chemin de fer à crémaillère au monde, le Mount Washington Cog Railway. Ici, vous pouvez acheter un souvenir de la boutique de cadeaux et visiter le musée avant de gravir la montagne où le ciel dégagé prolonge la vue sur l’océan Atlantique.

Le condo se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture d’autres attractions, notamment à 30 minutes de route du village du Père Noël au nord et à 35 minutes au sud des boutiques et restaurants de Story Land et de North Conway.

Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner et souhaitez rester à proximité de Bretton Woods, rendez-vous au Mount Washington Hotel pour savourer une cuisine américaine classique. Not disclosed, there were 50 stairs from parking to unit doorway, which were not shoveled and very icy when we arrived.Claims to be "Ski-In/Ski-Out w/deck"Although one of the ski slopes is nearby, you have to climb a very step hill to gain access.And the deck was not cleared of several feet of snow and ice.Otherwise unit was cozy and Bretton Woods has great skiing.

Loved the condo. It had everything we needed. Location was convenient to getting on and off slopes. The lock on the door was difficult to lock and unlock. Trash policy is very inconvenient. We had to leave early in the morning and the place to bring trash (not within walking distance) did not open until 9am. I would have been charged 100 if I left the trash. Could not bring it the day before, as it closed at 3:00 when most people are still skiing.

Great location and townhouse layout. The townhouse is dated, but I think the price reflects that appropriately. My minor disappointments: It wasn't cleaned very well. Several plates/bowls were put away dirty with wet food still on them. This was likely the previous renter since they were well disguised by clean plates and bowls on top. Only one extra role of toilet paper and paper towels, so we had to buy some. There were also no extra sheets, so we couldn't use the pull-out bed in the loft. No batteries in the DVD player remote either. So little frustrations, but all-in-all the layout was great for us and location slopeside was fantastic.

cozy and clean

This place was decent, but it smelled a bit musty as I don't think it gets used much during the non-ski season. There were only two of us and I can't imagine having more than about 4-6 people in here despite the sleeping arrangements, it is pretty small space. The kitchen has lots of the necessities for cooking but is small. We were misled to the smallest and most expensive grocery store that is listed in the listing, there are other bigger stores not much further away. We had problems getting the cable to work and the owner was responsive and had a repair person come while we were out hiking so that was appreciated. The sliding glass door in the downstairs bedroom did not lock which could be worrisome for some for safety, security and the fact that the outside air comes right in (at least it wasn't winter). It was hot in there as there were no fans or air conditioning. It is also a condo so you share walls and we could hear the neighbors well past our bedtime and as mentioned in another review, if you have trouble with stairs I would not stay here as there are many to climb just to get to the unit and then once in the unit, the bedrooms are down a very steep set of stairs.

So disappointed!

The condo could be great but it is soooo outdated. The lower level has a smell of raw sewage and the shag carpeting in the bedrooms actually crunches when walked on. The listing states nearby restaurants ....Fabyans (which has been closed for 2 years) and the Omni (which only reserves for Omni guests). ...they may want to update the listing. For NFL lovers the condo has dish tv.....We could not get the Patriots game on Saturday night or the Sunday night game...also they may want to put in the listing.

There were cobwebs and dust and the place just generally felt dirty. The condo was outdated, lights didn't work, and we never even found the half bath during our stay - still unclear as to which door it was hiding behind. I also investigated the supposed pull-out couch in the loft and found no evidence of a bed.

Great location and size property for the weekend

This condo served us well for spring skiiing. Kitchen had all we needed. Plenty of space for us and all of our things. The view from the balcony especially later afternoon was phenomenal as well as the sound of the running stream nearby. We have never been to a ski in/i out as a family and it was incredibly convenient. Ski rack just down the road for us and we were able to pop onto a trail to get to the lifts and lodge.

Great location with immediate ski in and out access to slopes. Plenty of room four our large family. Nothing fancy in terms of furnishings and could use some updating but great for our purposes.

Location great, everything else, not so.

I think the best one word descriptor for this property is "okay" The location is phenomenal, and I think the owners coast on that- if you need a home base and want to ski Bretton Woods, you can't find a better spot. However, that location is really the only positive, and I'd recommend staying at one of the myriad other condos for rent. The entire place is tired, and everything is just generally in a minor state of disrepair. Nothing drastic, but lights don't work, chairs that are loose, tvs that don't turn on, etc. Additionally, the idea that the dumpster is 1/10th of a mile down the road is an absolute lie. You have to drive down the mountain, past the ski area, and past an old building. Honestly, if we hadn't run into a neighbor and asked, we would have had no idea. Also, had we not had an SUV, not sure how we would have handled. For the price, the cleaners should be able to take the garbage out. On the note of cleaners, it wasn't clean. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere. Linens were awful, beds uncomfortable, furniture seemed like it was either from 1970, or from a yard sale. Pillows are horrifying, and it smelled very musty everywhere. Honestly, I've camped in more luxurious settings, and they didn't cost what this did. I will say that Lana, the representative from Evolve, was fabulous, and super helpful whenever we reached out before and during our stay. However, there's only so much they can do, and the general response is to "let the owners know." I think with a modicum of effort, this property could be awesome, but as it currently stands, I'd avoid, unless you're a group of dudes who literally just need somewhere to crash after a long day of skiing and apres.

In regards to the location of the trash bins, that is out of the owners' control. We note that the bins are located 1/10 of a mile down the road in an email sent prior to arrival. It is standard for vacation rentals to include a simple checklist of tasks to be done before check-out which greatly help the cleaning crew prepare the property for incoming guests. We're sorry if that caught you off guard. The owners haven't received this kind of feedback previously as they do all they can to make the condo a comfortable place for guests to visit. A perfect getaway!!

This place was absolutely perfect!!! My family and I rented this this cute little place for a few days and was the perfect getaway!!! The bunk room was great for our 4 kids all to crash after fun days of skiing! The view off of the balcony was breathtaking early in the morning. Nothing but positive reviews from my family and I!! Very excited to make this place a yearly visit! 5+ stars!

Beautiful Condo!

My friends and I had a blast staying at this condo! We loved being able to ski on and off for a warm lunch break and hot chocolate break! Overall Good Stay

This place was nice for a short stay. The small kitchen had everything needed to cook, but the dishwasher didn't do a very good job of cleaning the dishes so those weren't the cleanest. If you have kids there are a few things to be aware of. First, it's the second to last unit in the building so that's the second to furthest from the parking area. So it's a bit of a walk to lug all your stuff to get in. Not a big deal, but will everything that comes with kids and can be a lot. Second, if you have small children bring gates! The stairs can be dangerous. The stairway to the loft has open steps to below and the half wall at the top overlooking the main floor has openings that little ones could easily slip through. The bunk bed room was great for kids and it was nice and quite the whole stay. The first night the unit next door had a dinner party which you could hear people through the open window when out front, but once you were inside you couldn't hear them through the wall at all. The place did have plenty of signs of wear and tear, but overall it was a pleasant stay and we would consider staying again.

A Bit Worn but better than ruffing it in a tent

The idea of the place is good but it has seen much wear and tear. If you don't expect much you may be pleased. Spider webs and paint peeling on radiators and some walls. Refrigerator missing shelves. Kitchen very small but functional. Musty smell in master bedroom downstairs. Screen doors off of the hinges . On a positive note the master bed was comfortable. Bring your own towels ,toilet paper and paper towels and sheets if your fussy, all very low supply. Upper loft has a couch that slides open into a type of bed (more like a mat) but very uncomfortable and dirty. Thank goodness we brought extra sheets so we covered up the area.1/2 bath toilet had issue flushing had to call as soon as we arrived. I was told the owner was aware of all the issues. This was nonrefundable so we stayed. rented for 5 nights just stayed 3 and left. This property has possibilities but looks much better in the photos than in person. If you want a step up from camping and don't mind ruffing it this will be suitable for you.

Not for summer

Very hot! No fans or a/c. Sliding door on deck falling apart; screen door fell off. If you need a place just to eat & sleep, it’s ok. It has electric baseboard heat & high ceilings. Not very efficient. Fireplace cannot be used. Disappointing for what we paid.

Good location, clean

We stayed for four nights with our four young boys. The condo was decorated in a cute, ski lodge theme, and had a lot of games that entertained the kids. I was impressed with how clean the condo was -not even any dust on the baseboards! And I also thought the kitchen was very well stocked. The only disappointment was that the bedding really REALLY needs an upgrade. The sheets and pillowcases were fine (actually the sheets in the master bed were really soft and comfortable), but the blankets and bedspreads seemed very old, worn, and threadbare. There were plenty of pillows, but all but two were flattened, hard, rectangles. My 8 year old asked me to stuff a towel in the pillowcase to make it softer! It seems like a small upgrade that would make this rental really great!
