Unit was clean and updated as pictured. Not a truly stand-alone cabin but that didn’t change our experience. Nice amenities. Good communication. Location near Franconia Notch but outside of the immediate hubbub, which is nice. Good dining options near by.

Cabin is as listed, contemporary and clean. Will be suitable for year round use. Surrounding countryside is beautiful and locals are always friendly. Communications from host were helpful and welcomed. Management was advised of a few maintenance needs.

Weekend North

We stayed here with as a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 teenage boys) along with our lab for a hiking, golf weekend away. Positives were the comfortable beds and pillows, coffee supplies and nice shower along with the ability to have our pup with us. Rek Lis brewing would be a recommendation for a bite to eat along with Monroe’s for breakfast and Maplewood golf course was nice for 18 holes of challenging golf. If you hike I recommend North and South Twin or if you are ambitious the North, South Twin Zealand loop.

Wasn't sure what to expect when we showed up because there is a lot of construction outside the property but the inside was nice and clean. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee bar, soda in the fridge, ice in the freezer, and travel sized toiletries in the bathroom. It is a bit of a tight fit inside but exactly as pictured and described. Okay in size for a few days or with a smaller group but would have been trickier for a longer stay with four people. Had some trouble with the air conditioner while we were there but the host responded quickly.

While the inside was fine, the outside was completely under construction so it didn’t feel safe. Inside the Internet and downstairs TV didn’t work. I did like the inside space and I appreciated that it accepted dogs.

Loved the cabin!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was a cute cabin with great amenities and perfectly sized for my husband, myself and our dog, Lady Potato. Check-in was a breeze, the cabin immaculate, and the property is quiet and a tad secluded (which is what we wanted) but still only 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place!

Beautifully updated, modern place to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. Had a lot of nice touches, comfortable beds, and communication with the owner was great. Some minor housekeeping concerns, but overall a great place to stay!

overall it was a great stay! clean, good instructions on how to get to and in the space. the reason I gave 4 stars for communication was because it took the host all night to respond.

Would definitely recommend!!!

Comfortable, cozy, great water pressure, had everything we needed (fully equipped kitchen), great location, quiet/quaint neighborhood and only 10-15 mins from all that Twin Mountain (Carroll) has to offer! We had a great time at Oktoberfest!

End of summer mini vacation

The condo was super cute! Looks like the owner is in process of adding hot tubs and fire pits to add to the experience. Location is great for skiers.
