This hidden gem of a cabin is in the center of all the recreational opportunities the White Mountains have to offer. It sits on 400 ft. of the Ammonoosuc River with access to a major snowmobile trail right from your front door. Some of the best snowshoeing, cross country skiing, biking (on and off-road), and hiking are also available.

Perfect for active families, outdoor enthusiasts, and even the solo adventurer, this home has one full bedroom, a walk threw room with 2 twin beds (and a pull out queen leather couch in the living room) with comfortable mattresses, high-end linens, handcrafted furniture, and stunning views. Fall asleep to the calming sounds of the rushing river.

The first bedroom features a Queen bed, large windows that overlook the river, and easy walk-through access to the second bedroom.

The second bedroom includes two Twin beds and a stackable washer and dryer in one corner. This room offers direct access to the bathroom. This is not a private bedroom. It is a walk threw room.

The pristine bathroom is spacious, well-lit, and boasts a shower, a toilet, and a cedar vanity with plenty of storage for your bathroom essentials. Enjoy the excellent water pressure and the hotel-quality towels.

Beautiful cabin right next to a walking trail. Close to everything like the cog railway, restaurants, and more. Cabin was so cozy & CLEAN! Mark was an awesome host who answered any questions I had & even gave us great dinner recommendations. We will definitely be back in the future!

We had a very relaxing weekend as a family! We had all of our comforts of home in a beautiful cabin in the woods of New Hampshire. The view of the river from almost every window made for a calming experience. The house guide book that was on the coffee table, which mirrored the app was incredibly thorough and helpful. It had answers to every question we could possibly have had about the house. Mark, the host, was very communicative and quick to respond when we reached out. Accessing the house with a code sent to us in advance made our very late night arrival incredibly smooth, which reduced the stress of getting 2 toddlers in and straight to bed. With so much more to explore in the area, we know we will be back soon!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. Not only is the location great being close to many activities and things to do, but the home was in perfect condition. Clean, beautifully decorated, provided every convenience needed, comfortable, and the most amazing views. It was by far the nicest VRBO I have ever rented.Communication with the owner was fast and very helpful. Detailed instructions not just about the home, but about everything in the area was provided. It was very helpful to us. If we are ever back in the area we hope to be able to stay again!

The cabin has a comfortable & spacious living room with large tv. & games. The kitchen is beautiful & well equipped. The bedrooms have comfy beds & nice furnishings. The whole place is tastefully decorated in cabin decor. We loved the outdoor space overlooking the river! You can access the river from the cabin or walk down a short trail to the falls & deep pool of water. You can swim, tube & fish there. The area has many attractions, hiking trails, waterfalls, shopping, breweries & eateries, many dog friendly. It’s a great place to relax & play. My little fur baby enjoyed the outdoor space & river as well. We definitely will keep this lower falls cabin on our fav. list for a return visit. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret it, if you love the “great outdoors”!

New Hampshire Perfection

Everything about our stay was excellent. The detailed check-in/guest book (app) was more than helpful and we referenced it several times.What a wonderful hidden gem-that river!!! The falls, the giant rocks, it was just perfect. This was our first time to New Hampshire and we were so impressed. The home was clean and so many things throughout the home are brand new. The kitchen is BIG! We were welcomed with a very thoughtful gift from the host that we have carefully packed in our luggage with hopes to having these for many years to come. The grounds are beautifully maintained, we felt absolutely safe. And as it always does, the time flew by. Thank you for a very lovely visit. If we ever find ourselves back in NH, your home is where we’d want to stay.

Best NH Summer rental

This was our second stay here and loved it even more than our last stay. It’s nice to revisit properties that are continue to be invested into. The pet friendly was a huge benefit for us and after days at the theme parks we could exercise the dogs right in the river or a walk down the trail. Fly fishing in the morning was so serene. We are already excited to stay here again next year.

Beautiful and great location.

This was a beautiful property. Just a short walk from some beautiful falls. The house was perfect for us and the views were wonderful. Great location near wonderful hiking trails. Property owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Great stay by the river

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s house by the river. The house has everything you need, has plenty of space for a family of four, and it’s literally right on the Ammonoosuc River. It’s also in a perfect location with so many outdoor adventures nearby. Mark is also a great host. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.

Relax in nature with all the comforts of home

Our family of five with kids aged 12, 14, 16. The host was very helpful and the welcome booklet with recommendations was great. We all had lots of outdoor and little screen time which is hard to do these days. The cabin felt very secluded and was so quiet but still close to many restaurants and amenities. Here’s what we loved: - inside and furnishings were newer and high quality. - fully stocked kitchen with all newer appliances, plenty of quality pots, pans, bakeware, vitamin,Kentucky and drip coffee makers, matching cutlery(lots), cooking utensils, sharp matching knives for prepping, plastic containers, cooking wraps, serve ware. - all bedding was comfortable- clean inside and out - newer high efficiency laundry* loved these extras- shampoo, body wash, hand soap/ kitchen and bath, dish soap and dishwasher pods, keurig pods and coffee supplies, basic spices and condiments, night light for bathroom, extra pillows. It definitely felt like home away from home. We could have stayed longer. Oh, the fire pit was awesome. We actually saw a falling star and meteor that trailed for a few seconds one clear night. We highly recommend the host and this cabin and look forward to returning in the near future.

Beautiful

Quiet Little Cabin

My family stayed here for a few nights at the end of the summer. The location is beautiful and for the most part, private. There is a nice trail next to the river but it also draws lots of fisherman and the parking lot for it is across the street from the property. We were very close to Santa’s Village and lots of hiking.

Unwinding in the mountains

Quiet stay at a house on a river. Right outside the door is a small patio with table and chairs for morning coffee as you sit and view the river and mountain. A mile long trail runs down the river to some impressive falls. Great for walking the dog in the morning. Clean and comfortable house with modern appliances, pots pans,towels, linens, etc. What more do you need and it's in the middle of the White Mountains. d with all sorts of appliances and utensils

Great time in the White Mountains

We had a wonderful vacation at the cabin. It was all high end in the woods with the river right next to the cabin. The appliances were high end and everything was neat and thighty. We loved it!
