The condo will be supplied with a beach towel, a beach chair for each registered guest, and a cooler for your use during your stay. We also provide a one-time starter kit of essentials, including detergents, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towel sets, and linens.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
