Upon arriving at the house, you are greeted by an expansive, lengthy driveway capable of accommodating up to six vehicles and boats. This generous space ensures ample parking and storage for your transportation needs.

As you enter the home, a cozy and practical mudroom greets you, featuring hanging hooks and designated space for you to leave your sneakers, boots, and other outdoor gear. This thoughtfully designed space helps to keep the rest of the home clean and clutter-free.

Moving further into the house, the inviting living room offers an abundance of comfortable seating options, perfect for relaxation or socializing. A state-of-the-art smart TV serves as the focal point, providing entertainment for all. Adjacent to the living room, a spacious dining table awaits, where you can gather to enjoy delicious, homemade meals prepared in the fully stocked kitchen.

The kitchen itself is a chef's dream, complete with a functional island and bar seating for casual dining or conversation. High-quality, reliable appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, stovetop and oven combination, dishwasher, and more, ensure that your culinary experience is both enjoyable and efficient. In the outside you'll also find a charcoal/gas BBQ.

At its heart is a cozy movie theater area featuring plush recliner seating and a mounted flat-screen TV—perfect for movie marathons or game nights. Just steps away, a beautifully crafted wood-paneled infrared sauna awaits, offering a spa-like escape where you can relax and recharge. On the ground floor, you'll find the first bedroom, featuring a luxurious queen bed, situated opposite a spacious and stylishly designed bathroom with an oversized shower.

As you venture upstairs, discover three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom (navy-themed) is furnished with two twin beds and a trundle twin bed. The second bedroom (blue-themed) houses a full bed. The fourth bedroom (dormitory-style) contains three twin beds and a twin trundle bed.

For extra sleeping space, our unique hallway features a charming boat bed with a trundle below, accommodating two additional guests. Adjacent to the dormitory, we've transformed a closet into a cozy sleeping nook with a twin bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Please note that we list 6 bedrooms but there are only 4 bedrooms and two extra sleepings spaces.

The upstairs houses a bathroom equipped with a spacious bathtub. Soft, plush towels and essential toiletries are provided, offering convenience and a touch of luxury in this comfortable space.
