We thank the guest for sharing her feedback on her stay. We take all guest comments seriously, as they help us improve the experience for everyone. We were in touch during the guest’s stay and encouraged her to reach out to us with any concerns so we could address them immediately. As such, we were surprised to not hear from the guest until the last night of her stay when she contacted us to request a refund. None of the issues mentioned were brought to our attention during the stay when they could be addressed. For example, our cleaning service could have quickly resolved the minor sink clog, and we could have informed the guest that there is a drain plug available in the cabinet under the sink. Also, tightening the lightbulb in the living room was an easy fix. We would have appreciated the opportunity to fix these minor, easily-remedied items for the guest during her stay. We are available to all our guests via phone, text, and the VRBO app to help with any problems, large or small, and we encourage all future guests to contact us directly so we can ensure your vacation is as relaxing and trouble-free as possible. We stand by the quality of our property. We have verified that the shower heads are clean with adequate pressure and that the rest of the home is in excellent working order.
