Spacieux condo rénové de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain au 7Úme étage. Situé directement sur la plage dans la communauté fermée de Breakers East. Profitez des belles plages de sable blanc de la cÎte d'émeraude. Détendez-vous sur votre balcon privé de 30 pieds avec une vue spectaculaire sur le front de mer.

Fabuleuse grande cuisine ouverte. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision par cùble à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et de rideaux occultants. Suite parentale salle de bain baignoire douche combo vanité simple.
La deuxiÚme chambre comprend 2 lits doubles et une télévision par cùble à écran plat.
La deuxiÚme salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche et une seule vanité.

Good location..

Here is the good stuff.. beach service.. beach... location. The beds are comfy,living room and kitchen are nice. Bad stuff... no dresser in 2nd bedroom.. no closet doors.. and boxes of planking in the closet. All the doors had stains and it was kinda gross. Not sure why planking surrounded showers... not enough hot water surrounded the showers

Great space! Loved the openness of the kitchen/dining room/living room and balcony.

Great direct access to the gulf and white sandy beaches, large warm pool, and comfortable beds. The email with instructions/access codes provided great details and answers. Only thing I would recommend for future guests who plan on cooking regularly and having leftovers is to bring more kitchen towels and washcloths and food storage containers and/or ziplock bags. We hope to be back sooner than later!!

Destin Trip

Overall the property was good. The place was clean and stocked ok. It did have a musky smell that we believe was coming from the carpet in bedrooms. Master bath could use some updating. The shower head is too large and numerous times water was spraying everywhere unless you turn it directly towards the wall. Definitely could use some fresh paint in bathrooms, doors and cabinets. But overall it was good. Our largest complaint was the elevators at the property. One did not work and the one that did was extremely slow. Had to take the stairs several times. This isnt the owners fault and hopefully not a normal thing.
