Heated pool and hot tub (see prices below)! Stay in our converted schoolie in your own private oasis, nestled in the hills. Romantic getaway for 2, complete with a private pool.

We converted an old school bus into a tiny home that packs a punch. King sized bed, mini kitchen, dining area, and bathroom with shower. Don’t let the small size fool you, it is cozy and comfortable!

The bus is on our 12 acre ranch, and you’ll have the whole place to yourself, plus some roaming donkeys. Next to Sabrina Cedars and only 15 minutes from Abilene.

Hot Tub: 4-hours included per night of stay (if booked after 4/1/2026). Additional time is $25/hour in 1-hour increments

Pool Heating: first day $875
Additional days $65

Please note: To give you the best possible experience, our professional management team requires a mandatory Guest Portal to that allows you to access the house. As a part of the booking process you will be given the choice between a damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit hold. You are welcome to choose either option! Whichever is most convenient for you.

What a fantastic and unique place to stay! Clear step-by-step directions were given to access the property and the schoolie. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy to use. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. We experienced quite a wind storm during our evening there, and they checked in on us and kept us updated on the status of the power outage. The pool and hot tub were one of our favorite parts of this place (be sure to let the hosts know you'd like to use the hot tub; it's controlled remotely). I'd highly recommend this place to anyone passing thru or staying neat Abilene!

I really loved my stay here. The bus was super peaceful and private, and the views were amazing. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing—especially at sunset. Everything was clean and just like the pictures. I’d definitely come back!

Secluded and peaceful makes for a great anniversary!!

The simplicity and peaceful environment is exactly what we were looking for! Weather did not allow for use of the pool but a private hot tub is so much more relaxing than any in any hotel!! There was great communication with the management of the property and a personalized message for us! There was a brief issue with the hot tub but the response was fast and it was handled very quickly! Overall all we loved the experience!

Super Cool Bus with an awesome view!

Just needed a place to stay the night while moving my Son back to ACU. Called and this was the only available place I could find. For taking a bus and turning it into a house it came out really cool. And the pool is really cool w hot tub. Great for a couple or couple and infant. Out of town, but not far at all. 15 minutes i think. Quite and the views are just beautiful. Thanks, Jeff T., Boerne!
