Tiger Den Studio Condo in Clemson - 5 Minute Walk from Football Stadium

This "Tiger Den" studio condo is the perfect space for visiting Clemson on game days, special celebrations like the Ring Ceremony or graduation, or just because! The property is located in Clemson, South Carolina right behind the world-famous Esso Club and just steps away from the University's athletic district.

On weekdays, the building is pretty quiet and empty, but on a Clemson football gameday the atmosphere becomes very different as the floor is occupied by Tiger fans. You can choose to participate in the tailgating fun (Clemson fans are some of the friendliest around) or do your own thing! While gamedays are very exciting, please note that noise levels can get fairly high and can continue late into the evening, including music from the tailgating lot at the nearby Esso Club.

FREE PARKING
A private, uncovered parking spot is included with the booking, saving you hundreds of dollars on football game days! A hang tag for the spot, located on the counter when you arrive, must be displayed while parked. Please remember to leave the hang tag prior to your departure.

ACCESS
The gate, exterior doors, elevator, and front door are all secured by access codes, which will be provided prior to your arrival.

SLEEPING
The condo can accommodate up to 5 guests but is most comfortable with 2-3. Sleeping options include a queen murphy bed (sleeps 2), a queen sofa bed (sleeps 2), and a twin sleeper chair (sleeps 1).
The murphy bed will be pre-made and ready-for-sleep before you arrive. Pillows, pillowcases, and blankets are located in the sofa lounger along with queen and twin bedsheets for the other sleeping options.

KITCHENETTE
The Esso Club is right downstairs and Clemson has plenty of great dining options, but sometimes you want to eat in! The kitchenette is stocked with plenty of cooking basics. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, bullet ice-maker, Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, air fryer, electric skillet, blender, and induction stovetop with pots and pans. Plates, bowls, drinking glasses, mugs, and silverware are also included. Please note that there is no dishwasher, so all dishes must be hand washed.

TRASH
Please dispose of your trash in the dumpsters located in the rear of the parking lot prior to your departure.

TV
The condo has a 55-inch TV with Amazon Fire TV. Watch live programming with YouTube TV or your favorite shows on streaming apps.
