* Up to 2 small/medium-sized dogs

We live upstairs with our two kids and Labrador, and respect our guests’ privacy while remaining available if you need us — by text, or feel free to come say hi in case of an emergency. We're always happy to help make your stay comfortable.

Guest access
You’ll have your own private space with minimal interaction. We (your hosts—a family of four) live in a separate level of the home. We’re happy to help via text or in person for anything you need or in case of emergency.

Access to the private backyard, pool and patio deck can be arranged with advance notice.

Only 30min bus ride to Manhattan. Easy connectivity to New York City via MTA bus, Staten Island ferry ( free) or uber.

Other things to note
Please note, your suite is completely private with a separate entrance, however we do occupy the living space upstairs. We make every effort to keep noise to a minimum but you may hear some muffled sounds or movement.

The only point of interaction with us is the outside deck and pool that leads to the street. We reside upstairs with our friendly dog who you may see/hear in passing during your stay.
