Bayonne is less than 30 mins from Manhattan & 5 mins from Staten Island – close to several parks & access to mass transportation, shopping, & restaurants! The 1st fl. sunny apt has a private entrance. Fully furnished with utilities, cable, Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities. Pet-friendly & welcomed on a case-by-case basis. You’ll have a designated garage parking space for one (1) compact car. Free but limited street parking! The unit features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room, an eat-in kitchen, outdoor patio seating, a dedicated workspace, and a shared laundry room with free use. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment.

There are multiple modes of transportation in the area (e.g., bus, light rail, train, and ferries) that you can take to NYC, and they each have similar but different fares.

Comfortable

This property fit our non-vacation stay great.(it would be awesome for a actual vacation stay) It was clean, Dominique is very available if there is a problem. Parking was scary for me. Everything you need is within walking distance. (Food, groceries, parks ect.) If I ever come back to Bayonne and need a place, I will definitely come here.

The residence was a cozy and enjoyable place to stay during our week-long trip to New York. It met all our needs, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook multiple homemade meals. Although we couldn't use the laundry facilities due to a broken dryer, Dominique kindly took our clothes to a local laundromat for us.Public transport access was excellent, with a bus stop just 3 minutes away and a 15-minute walk to the nearest MBLR train line, making travel into the city easy. Dominique also accepted parcels and letters on our behalf, placing them on the living room table for us to collect upon arrival.There were a few minor drawbacks: only one bedroom had drawers, making clothing storage a bit inconvenient if not shared, and there were small gaps in the bedroom wall corners near the windows that could be distracting.Also, the driveway is very narrow (See images for clearance amount). If renting a car from the airport, request the smallest vehicle available. Dominique can provide curb side parking arrangements, but finding a spot later in the day can be challenging.Overall, it was a pleasant, affordable, and well-located stay, perfect for a New York holiday.

A really beautifull apartment in a nice neighbourhood.

The apartment looks even better for real and is spacious. All and everything one might need is there. The fridge is very roomy and the kitchen is complete and easy to use. The beds are very comfortable and we love the the matrasses. They are comfortable and made of one piece and not two loose pieces with a gap in the middle.The bathroom is also complete and plenty of room. The livingroom is just cozy, the couches and pillows are very comfy and the TV is of a good size.The apartment is on the first floor and the entrance to this apartment is right next to the front door.You get there by an outside stair, which also gives access to a porch with nice outside furniture on it, so you can watch the world go by at a comfortable rate. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and there are plenty local stores close by. In the cellar is a washer and a dryer at hand, so you're pretty self supportive during your stay. Parking is not so easy, but with a medium car you can park round the back for free. Dominique is very communicative and always around the corner for a quick reply. If there might be a little bump in the road somewhere, she solves it. Communicating with her is a joy and she's very clear about how things should go to get the most out of your stay and how to handle and enjoy the property. We highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate a second to stay here again. There's plenty to do in New Jersey and getting to New York is easy by public transport or car.
