The Grotto is a new luxury fine-tuned vacation rental in the heart of Naples Park located perfectly close to Restaurants, Shopping and to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach.

Step inside this extremely spacious, fine-tuned 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house featuring a huge, amazing heated pool and spa, with a unique Grotto and two sleeper Sofas.

Enjoy the wide open outdoor space under a lanai screen with BBQ and outdoor Shower. This house has a tastefully decorated interior with a new modern and cozy welcoming touch. The island Kitchen Bar features stainless steel appliances, bar seating along with High Top seating for seven and outdoor seating for six. The entire house is fitted with free high-speed WiFi. Tvs are located in all rooms along with an Xbox and games for children. The Grotto is the newest of the ten vacation rental houses that we manage in Naples Park and we are in love with this property and the spectacular Grotto Pool.

The Master bedroom features a King Bed with direct pool access and its own Master Ensuite bathroom. The quiet Front Guest Room has a Queen Bed, and the middle Guest room is designed as a convenient Family / Kids Bedroom with a Bunk Bed Twin Top and Double Bed Bottom along with a desk optimal for children. The main living room and the front room both feature comfortable brand new queen sleeper sofas for another four guests.

The entire home is fenced in for complete privacy to give you a peaceful retreat and the perfect setting to watch the sun set while enjoying the quiet outdoor area including the stylish heated grotto tile pool, spa, outdoor lounge area, and BBQ.

A perfect combination of coastal design flowing harmoniously throughout this wonderful vacation rental which is located less than 2 miles to Vanderbilt Beach and less than 1 mile to the entertainment area of Mercato which features a British Pub, Blue Martini, Cavo Lounge and many more bars and restaurants. Also within just 1-2 miles are all well-known supermarkets such as Publix, Trader Joes and Walmart and Whole Foods as well as Paragon and Alamo Cinemas. You can also enjoy a pristine sunset cocktail or dinner at one of the luxury Beachfront establishments such as the Turtle Club, Baleen at La Playa or the Ritz Carlton Hotel.

Great location. The house was as advertised. We loved the pool and hot tub. Made good use of the bikes and beach supplies that were provided. The owner was responsive. All in all it was an excellent stay.

This was an amazing home that has everything you need. The house was so perfect and well put together. Plenty of seating and living space for larger families. Very clean and lots of things that are great to have…tons of towels, bikes, sand toys…cool lighting…soap! Great communication if you have any questions.

Had an excellent experience during our stay at this property. Host was very responsive and respectful. The house and outdoor pool area were great for adults and kids alike. A large variety of beach gear available for personal use, a big plus for those flying. Nice proximity and a short drive to just about anything you need.

This is one of my favorite properties because, I saw the amazing Grotto pool and the design layout of the rooms within the house giving everyone staying their personal space and yet family living room to gather at the same time. This is a unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities. This definitely makes you feel like you are on an instant vacation from the minute you open the door. Who doesn't want to jump in the pool the minute they arrive?

From the minute you step into this wonderful home you will notice the love and workmanship that the owners have put into every detail. It comfortably sleeps 7 plus 4 more on the 2 queen sleeper sofas and gives you so much space either in the front tv room, living room or outdoor pool area. It gives you seclusion and yet closeness to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
