As promising as its namesake, this inviting house stands ready to serve as the backdrop on which to paint your family's best vacation memories. Located in the Preserve at Grayton Beach, a private gated beach community in between Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach, Grayt Escape boasts 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bathrooms and the ability to sleep 14 with ease.
As Pinkie stepped inside, she immediately appreciated the fresh, classic coastal décor. “This is grayt!” The palette of whites, earthy browns and soft greens carried throughout and Pinkie made her way around. A large open-concept living area combined entertainment, dining for 8 plus 4 bar stools and the kitchen. Fully-equipped with everything one might need to whip up a famous family vacation feast, the modern kitchen was more than adequate. Off the hallway there is a half bath easily accessed through the living area or from the side porch. Pinkie was glad to discover the downstairs King Suite with a private bath complete with large soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks. “It's always a plus to have a bedroom on the floor for those travelling with someone who does not do steps”.

Hopping up the stairs, Pinkie found more bedrooms including the King Master Suite and 2 Queen guest rooms…perfect for couples. The bunk room on the third level completed the agenda with two sets of twin over full bunks arranged cozily in a loft that features a convenient wet bar serving area. With both upstairs and downstairs porches, as well as, a screened back porch…guests will enjoy plenty of outdoor space. BBQ grill is just another an awesome asset you will find here.

The immediate area is highlighted by the eclectic little village known as Grayton Beach, humorously referred to by natives as “a state of mind”. As one of the original developments in Walton County, Grayton Beach joins the all-star line-up of 30A landmarks appealing to tourists from all over the world. Your location here at Graytful on 30A is quite ideal...positioning you in the heart and soul of the area while offering a quiet retreat from the action when you have had enough. Named the “most beautiful beach” by Dr. Beach, the Grayton Beach State Park offers world-class recreational opportunities while delivering a quality of beach experience you will not soon forget. Local shops and restaurants are popping up all over and you will delight in discovering your favorites.

Exceptional community amenities are included and all of Pinkie's guests are welcome to enjoy the 2 tennis courts, 2 heated pools and common areas. Deeded beach access is just .3 mi for the East pool and .6 mi from the house via a lovely walkway. The Preserve at Grayton Beach is a gated community and all access codes will be provided for
self check-in.
