Longterm- Month to month -31 night minimum

I feel terrible that a guest had a bad night here and I refunded their money. I think you can tell by the attention to detail I have put into our guest apartment that an inefficient A/C does not make sense. I wish the guest had come to me that night to troubleshoot. Because unfortunately, I knew as soon as I read that it was too hot that the air intake must be blocked. And sure enough, when I checked someone had pushed the couch up against the intake completely restricting the air flow. I had two floor boards placed behind the couch to prevent it from being pushed back, but somehow the boards were moved and the couch was pushed flush against the wall. I have since rearranged the furniture so that this will not happen again. If you are a guest here and feel like something obvious is missing (like toilet paper) or something is not working that you would expect to work, please call, text, or come knock on my door, but don't suffer in silence.
