What a great house this is. In like new condition with comfortable furnishings a beautiful pool / hot tub and plenty of space for a larger group. Couldn’t have chosen a better house if I tried.

Memorial Day Getaway

Great rental experience at a beautiful property. The property manager was very attentive and quickly addressed any issues we had. There were strong winds the whole weekend but we didn’t let them ruin our trip. It was still warm in the 90’s but the wind kept you from melting. The backyard was very relaxing for pool and bbq fun. Wish there was a fire pit for nighttime s’mores but that’s ok. Also recommend a keurig for individual coffee brewing. All in all, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Problem with pool

The house was nice but we paid extra for heating the pool Why go to a Palm Springs house if you can’t use the pool. We spent much time on the phone with Oasis Rentals trying to resolve the issue and they tried to heat it but it never was heated. I tried to get my money back that I paid extra to heat the pool but they refused a refund. Won’t be back to this property.

Prior to this guest's arrival, we offered to refund the pool heating fee as the weather was expected to be cold and rainy. We were not able to offer a refund based on the excessive amount of gas used over the 3-day stay which was over double the amount that was paid. We were able to decipher the spa had been left on most of the stay, which will not allow the pool heater to activate to warm the pool water. In addition, during the stay we noticed on the Pentair app, the pool heat temperature was increased. While performing our departure inspection, we discovered the pool equipment had been tampered with which is in clear violation of the rental contract, therefore we were not able to refund the pool heating fee.

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The back yard and the pool areas are beautiful and clean and very conducive to relaxing. The property manager was very quick to respond to all of our questions and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property!

Casa Tiempo was Amazing.

Property was clean and cozy. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. No issues with the property and great communication with the host.

Weekend Oasis

This is a fantastic property. The completely private pool surrounded by landscaped hedges and palm trees provides such a relaxing and luxurious environment. The house is stylish and well appointed. It was one of the best vacations I have had.
