A desert-chic retreat where design-forward interiors meet sun-soaked backyard bliss, The Riley offers the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment in the heart of Indio. This four-bedroom home welcomes up to 10 guests with curated style, luxe furnishings, and private outdoor amenities ideal for group getaways or laid-back family escapes.
Inside, a modern open-concept layout creates effortless flow from the spacious living roomâcomplete with a plush sectional and flat-screen TVâto a striking chefâs kitchen with premium appliances, deep green cabinetry, and a large breakfast bar with seating for five. Gather for meals at the stylish dining table for eight, or take things al fresco at the outdoor round-top table under the covered patio.
When itâs time to unwind, four beautifully appointed bedroomsâthree with king beds, one with a queenâpromise hotel-level comfort. The primary suite is a serene escape, featuring a king bed, spa-like ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, plus a cozy twin daybed for added sleeping space.
Out back, the private pool and bubbling hot tub are surrounded by lush landscaping, chaise lounges, and a shaded lounge area for sipping cocktails at golden hour. Fire up the BBQ for casual nights in, or head just minutes out to explore Coachella Valleyâs most iconic experiencesâfrom the Empire Polo Club and Stagecoach Festival to golf courses, casinos, and scenic hiking trails.

While The Riley is located within a private community, guests do not have access to the community pool, spa, tennis courts, or gym, as these amenities are reserved for homeowners.
Guests are welcome to enjoy any areas open to the general public at The Indian Palms Country Club & Resort, including the restaurant and golf course (no special discounts for vacation rental guests).
Youâre also welcome to take walks around the community, but please refrain from walking on golf cart pathways.
AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. - Only registered guests allowed on the property
- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
- Pool Heat: Requires 48-hour advance notice and is not available for 1-night stays. In cooler months, heating may take 24â48+ hours depending on weather, and 3-night stays are strongly recommended. Late or after-arrival requests cannot guarantee the pool will reach full temperature during your stay.
- Hot Tub: Complimentary for all guests, heated separately, and ready upon arrival.
Parking Details:
- Parking for up to 3 cars: 1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway (no overnight street parking)
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
