Nestled in Punta Cana, this delightful condo offers a perfect retreat for guests. Be it for leisure or work, we have the perfect workspace for your computer and you. This Ocean View contemporary & spacious 1 bedroom condo has a straight-line view to the private beach, situated in the beachfront community of Stanza Mare Condos, located in the heart of the tourist towns of El Correctio (heart-throb of Punta Cana).
Stanza Mare is an exceptional development offering 24 hour on-site security, on-site restaurant, large lagoon size pool and 1 childrenâs pool, outdoor showers, reception area, direct access to the beach with beautiful covered palapas and lounge chairs, solely for the use of guests staying at Stanza Mare.
You will love the convenience of grocery stores, gift shops, pharmacy, banks, ATM's and many excellent restaurants, bakery, cozy bars, spas, money exchanges and much more, all only a few minutes' walk away.
Uber is also available.
A quick 15-minute drive will bring you to "Downtown Punta Cana" where you will find more shops, restaurants and a beautiful large "state of the art" movie cineplex, CoCo Bongo (a must see show!),
Nearby, visit BLU Shopping Mall, The Hard Rock Café, and many more shops, restaurants and services making for an excellent night or daytime adventure.
