Great Family Vacation

Excellent location, East beach access and several pools.

Very enjoyable place to stay. The layout of the property is perfect, pools were great, many good restaurants nearby. The only negative is the walkway to the beach gets very very hot, don’t walk on it barefoot.

The condo was very clean , had plenty of dishes & cookware. I loved the decor and colors of the condo. The pool area was beautiful & the view of the beach was awsome. I will definitely book at Sea Chase again .

Perfect location, great pool, steps to beach

The property was great! The location was perfect - we could walk to grocery, shops and restaurants. The pools were very nice. My only complaints are the lack of overhead lighting in the bedrooms. Also, the sheets on the king bed were too small and didn’t stay on the mattress. Overall - nothing serious and we had a fantastic stay. Will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo several times in the past. Perfect for family vacations. Kitchen well supplied. No issues at all except we noticed food (snacks like cubed pretzels?)under the sofa. We were able to see it before toddler grandchildren, so it wasn't an issue. The remainder of the condo was clean.We would certainly return to this unit.

Extremely disappointed! Don’t give Seachase your money & business

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely disappointing! I reserved a week in August for a vacation with my sons before they left for school again. The Tuesday before we were supposed to leave I got COVID and a few days later my son fell sick with it. Despite being miserably sick I called several days before check in to let them know we would not be coming and to see if we could get any of our money back or if we could postpone it for a different week. They refused to do anything and even kept the cleaning fee and parking fee! I was extremely disappointed that they would not work with me at all. They kept all of the money we paid thereby preventing us from scheduling another vacation when we were well due to cost. Ultimately my son and I both recovered and I am thankful for that. Just a warning for everyone else! This is not a place you want to do business with unless you just have money to throw away.

We have been very pleased with the comfort of the unit (having everything we need), friendliness of the staff, and feeling of safety because of enforced security. The availability of only 1elevator and construction noise was a minor inconvenience but overall our week was wonderful and we will definitely return!

The only things I would improve on would be a bigger table - 4 was hard for game nights and when we hosted the other two condos and the kitchen needed organization and a crockpot.
