Fabuleux condo de trois chambres, deux salles de bains avec balcon enveloppant offrant une vue sur le golfe du Mexique et le sable blanc. Meublé avec tout le confort de la maison et comprenant une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, ce condominium au cinquième étage, d'une superficie de 1 675 pieds carrés, est le préféré du locataire.

La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des comptoirs en granit, une cafetière Keurig, une machine à glaçons, un four micro-ondes en acier inoxydable, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur et une cuisinière. Espace buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des plafonds de 9 pieds, des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage central et la climatisation, ainsi qu'une grande salle de bains principale avec bain à remous, douche séparée vitrée, double vasque et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Super easy check-in. The condo is well appointed and clean. We could see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The condo is also just across the street from the supermarket and many local restaurants. This location will be our first choice when we return to Orange Beach. Thanks to the host for offering their wonderful condo!

SeaChase 501C is a perfect end condo with a wraparound balcony, never a problem parking, security is the best there. Property management is superior! The location is right across from Walmart, my favorite place to stay! Plenty of room, just have to “manage” the 2 bathrooms.

Clean and exactly as described. The views are amazing! We have a disabled son and it was nice to be able to take him to the beach but also enjoy the beach from the condo. The rental company was very responsive and the check in process was easy. Walmart and other stores are across the street , so very convenient. like that there was 24 hour security at the gate.

Nice condo

Condo was clean and great location close to all the stores. Parking was great always a spot and no garage. Checkin was easy and beach was great. Only suggestion was the furniture in condo needs updates a little older and getting run down in dining area and living room. The condo management needs to patrol the pool area more, lots of families leaving trash around pool deck causing ants that bite.

I did have a little sticker shock on $75 plus tax for the parking this year. The staff is always great. Jessie treats me every year like I am an owner. That’s why this is our 12 th year vacationing at Sea Chase.

Loved the decor and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed for preparing meals. It was clean and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs and also the tennis/pickle ball court. Also enjoyed having access to beach chairs and umbrella while on the beach. Love Sea Chase! Always a treat to get to stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Did you have a good overall stay? Yes, we have been vacationing at Seachase since 2012 and always come back the same time of year. 2. Was the vacation rental in a great location? We love the location of Seachase. walmart, publix, restaurants are so close and some within walking distance. You don't have to go far to get anything and its RIGHT on the beach!3. Was the home clean and in good shape? the home was so clean, everything smelled fresh. Like it was just cleaned and sanitized! 4. Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? The staff was great, we got our check-in notice earlier than expected, and we were so happy to get that text! We used to have to go in and check in with the front staff but now we can do all the paperwork before arriving and can go straight to the room. the guards were great and got us straight in the parking lot and when we were ready to leave, they thanked us for our stay and hoped everything was nice. The customer service is outstanding! Will definitely be back! 5. Activities/Restaurants- We always go to Lulu's, The Hangout for Pirates and Princesses is a must for little ones, Cactus Cantina (right across the street), Shrimp Basket, Kaydens for Ice cream, Daisy's donuts. We always go to the Track for go-carts, our daughter did the SkyCoaster this year, we love the arcade, and we always go to Covert comics & collectibles for our comic/toy collectible needs.
