The space
Our modern farmhouse sits on a large piece of property with fruit trees and lush grass for kicking around a soccer ball, playing corn hole and enjoying the sun while you grill on the deck. There’s also a fire pit area just off the deck for roasting marshmallows or spending time with friends and family.


Upon entering, you’ll walk directly into our fully equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with everything you’ll need for a great meal and hanging out with friends and family.

For coffee lovers, you’ll find a stocked coffee bar with nespresso pods, an espresso machine and drip coffee.

The kitchen also houses our brand new washer and dryer in case you need it, and there’s a full bathroom with stand up shower as well.

Just off the kitchen is our sunny living room with a 65” Samsung smart TV. Just log into your accounts to watch your favorite streaming platforms.

Also off the kitchen is our beautiful sunroom. It’s a three seasons room with a yoga mat, some free weights, a kettlebell, recovery tools and resistance bands for a light workout. Alternatively, cozy up with a book on the lounge chair or bring your computer and work at the desk surrounded by the natural light from the windows and skylight.

Just past that is our dining room. There is ample seating for six and you could bring some chairs in from the kitchen for even more if you needed.

Upstairs you’ll find 3 well appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed and large closets. There is a powder room with a toilet and across the hall is the sink and bathtub with handheld shower head.
