The first floor features a bright, open kitchen with an island, modern appliances, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The living room s fireplace adds a warm touch, with an adjoining dining area that seats 10 - perfect for dinners or game nights. The sun-filled family room opens directly to a large outdoor deck, complete with a propane grill, and plenty of seating.

For added convenience, the first floor includes a queen bedroom, perfect for guests who prefer single-level accommodations. Upstairs, you find four additional bedrooms:
