The Space:

The main floor features a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with artful decor, large windows, a fireplace, inviting seating areas, a dining table for ten and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island plus seating —ideal for entertaining or gathering with family and friends. On the main floor are two bedrooms: the primary presenting a king size bed and the second bedroom with twin beds. These rooms share a jack and jill bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower. Upstairs, there are two queen bedrooms that share a bathroom in the hallway with a walk in shower while on the lower level is another queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Getting Around:

Garybarn at Copake Lake is just 2.5 hours from New York City. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. The main access routes are the Taconic State Pkwy, Palisades Interstate Pkwy S and I-87 S. We strongly recommend a 4x4 or a car with four-wheel drive, especially in winter, to handle snow and gravel roads.



Other Things to Note:

A/C: Central cooling is controlled by Honeywell/Resideo thermostats on the main floor and upper level. Split A/C units are also located in the lower-level main room and guest bedroom.
