Maison urbaine de 115 m², avec 2 portes, une avec accès direct à la plage de Poniente, avec drapeau "Q" de qualité touristique bleue, 2 terrasses. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon, la salle de bain avec douche et une chambre avec 2 lits de 90x2m. 1er étage, terrasse couverte, table 4 chaises et 2 très confortables chaises pour la lecture et être calme en hiver et en été en appréciant la Méditerranée, comme si vous étiez sur le pont d'un navire, un salon avec air conditionné et foyer électrique, Smart TV , un canapé lit 1,40X2mts, chambre des maîtres de 1,60X2mts, air conditionné, salle de bain complète avec baignoire et douche. 2ème terrasse sur le toit de l'étage supérieur de 52 m² pour voir les étoiles, la lune, les couchers de soleil et levers sont uniques et différents tous les jours, la mer Méditerranée et les montagnes, sans oublier les vues panoramiques et la brise de mer et grand solarium . It was the 2nd time we rented this house. Again we had an excellent stay. Location is great, right at the beach and superb views from the terraces. Hosts Luis and Marga are most kind and make you feel welcome and at home.

February stay in aguilas

Our month long stay at the Aguilas Beach house was everything we expected and more. The house was exactly as advertised. We loved the outdoor spaces as well as the proximity to the boardwalk and beach. Everything was within walking distance including cafes, restaurants, groceries and pharmacy. Checkin and checkout process was easy and Marjorie and Louis were easily available if needed. We loved our stay.

Perfect holiday

We were in the house for 8 days. The house is very large, clean and really very well equipped. The hosts are very, very friendly and helpful! The house is in a very quiet area, the water is clean and clear, the beach is very, very clean and you can always find a place. It is a perfect house if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday by the sea. The two terraces are particularly good Thank you very much and always happy again. really worth booking!

Lovely Beachhouse

We have enjoyed our two weeks holiday in Águilas. The 'Beachhouse' with two big terraces and the beach next to the house is very optimal for outdoor living, kitchen is even more than fully equipped! The bed was one of the best beds we have sleeped in Spanien. All the rooms are very cozy. Luis and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful, also Marjorie who gave us the keys and all the information.

We appreciate you mentioning the outdoor living. Indeed considering that it is winter, with the mild climate in Aguilas visitors from colder latitudes like yourself, can especially enjoy the outdoors. Not only on the terraces that the house offers but also the hiking and cycling routes and trails in Agulas. The unspoiled countryside and impressive sunrises and sunsets over the calm sea seen from the house.

Perfect Beach House

The beach house was perfect for our vacation. Beautiful views, privacy and all conveniences. The house is lovely, well laid out, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We are back home after a second stay of 6 weeks in the beachhouse. Why were we there for the second time: simple it is our dream holiday house. The house is exactly as described. Located near the promenade in a quiet area, the beach a few steps away, fantastics views from the two terraces, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance, the mountains nearby for wonderful cycling trips, ... We enjoyed every minute. Our special thanks to the owner Luis and his wife for their friendly welcome and his availability during our stay. It feels like we are friends.

A great stay in Aguilas!

We've had a great stay at Aguilas Beachhouse at the beginning of May. The beachhouse is situated in the south of Aguilas right at the beach and boulevard and a 15 min walk from the city center. The house was very clean upon arrival and you'll notice that the owner has thought of pretty much every detail for you to have a pleasant stay. E.g. essential groceries in the kitchen, beach chairs & umbrellas, towells & beach towels, laundry machine & detergent, well functioning WiFi and so on. The kitchen is wel equiped, the beds are comfortabele and so are the bathrooms. The terraces are where you'll spend the most of your time however, they are awesome with great sea views! The owner Luis is very very fiendly and helpful if needed. For us everything was perfect and we would really like come back again!

Brilliant As Always

This is our 5th time of staying at the Beach House which probably tells you all you need to know. Lovely property with a superb location about 20 metres from the beach. 10 - 15 minute walk down the front to restaurants, bars etc which was perfect for us. House is well appointed and maintained, and communication with the owner was excellent. We have been to Aguilas many times over the years and still find it an unspoilt and friendly town with the added bonus of not overflowing with tourists ( a good opportunity to brush up on my pretty basic Spanish!). I believe the resort is quite busy in August with Spanish holidaymakers, but we have always visited in June or September. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

Perfect location, relaxing and so comfortable!

Our 7 night stay at Luis’ beach house exceeded all our expectations. First, from excellent communication before and during our stay from Luis, a warm welcome from Marjorie, and complete info package to answer all our questions and thoughtful tips about the apartment and area (all in English too, gracias!). Location is ideal - just steps from the boardwalk for daily paseos, beach, and 10 minutes to cafes, but gratefully on the quieter end of the paseo. Mercadona close by for groceries. Luis has provided everything, and I mean everything, you need for a relaxing vacation-beach chairs, loungers on the rooftop terrace and lower balcony, super comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen for all our at home meals, and even Netflix. We enjoyed every sunrise and sunset, listening to the waves lap up on shore, and private dinners on the balcony watching the fish boats come and go. We were so grateful to have found this gem, and recommend it highly. Well done and thank you Luis!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL !! 10/10

This beautiful Villa made our holiday. It is right on Aguilas sea front beach a 10 minute stroll into the town along the sea front, it has EVERYTHING you could want for your holiday. Luis made this a home from home for all our holiday needs. We were met by Myriam who was so lovely and friendly and explained everything about the villa and surrounding area. The two seafront terraces are wonderful, both benefiting from fabulous views. The Villa is clean, beautifully presented, with all modern conveniences. Because we went in June we had the complete beach and sea to ourselves, which we used every day. (Just Perfect !!) I can't recommend this Villa highly enough and both Luis and Myriam were very attentive hosts, during the booking process and on arrival. A mainly spanish speaking seaside resort and working town made it the perfect get away. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for something special then just book this Villa. WE LOVED IT. Thank you Luis !!!

We are lucky to have an uncrowed beach even in July and August and at other times it´s often just for you , which is a luxury these days.Aguilas is still welcoming with a Spanish feel to it which is not so easy to find in a coastal town anymore.

A nice spot

I want to offer my thoughts on this location. Would we stay here again? I think we would. The location is great and the home is nice. Pros: Luis and Majorie were great. Accessible and responsive- thanks so much. The space was nice, the location with the beach, the walkway, the park gym next door were all great. The decks were awesome, appliances all worked, we had Netflix. The home was clean and smelled clean. The bedrooms were dark in the morning although the beds were pretty firm. There’s a grocery store a short walk away. Coffee stuff was provided and the home felt secure. Cons: it was a bit loud at times with street noise and nearby construction. It isn’t stand alone and is sandwiched between 2 other properties which was also a bit noisy when they were working on one side. And the other side had a smoker (had to close windows so smoke wouldn’t come in) and the smoker would cough every morning until they left. Kinda gross. There were tiny ants in the kitchen- quite a lot of them. The shower downstairs is tiny which wasn’t great. The water isn’t great so you need to buy water. As I say, the bed was too firm for my liking. I was going to put the air conditioning down as a negative but it does work you just need to take the time to figure it out. A heads up- this is a 3 story home with quite steep and narrow steps. If mobility is an issue it may not be a good choice. Overall we enjoyed it and would likely use again if the opportunity arose. Very useful and informative comments for guests. Glad to know that overall you enjoyed your stay. We will attend to the micro ants, they have probably made their way in from the garden. I am aware that there is extra noise at the moment, as a nearby house that was recently built is being finished off ,this shouldn’t last much longer. About the water it’s drinkable, but bottled water is better. . I will make sure that any guests from Canada & North America are shown how the air conditioning works as I know you have a different system.

Bad Experience - Construction Nearby, Ants in House and More.

Arrived at the property and was immediately disappointed, as building works 1 house away which we weren't told about. Drilling, hammering, cement mixer going, loading and offloading of lorries 8am till 5pm daily. Very noisy, not relaxing and woke us up every weekday!When we raised this to the Owner, he said they thought work was nearly done but the building was just a shell! Work will carry on through the summer at least!Ant infestation in the kitchen on the floor and worst still on the worktops and in the cupboards. Had to put all food in the fridge and clear up before we ate every meal, otherwise we came down to ants all over the worktop. Not pleasant! Lots of cleaning!Stairs steep and can't eat outside downstairs. Have to carry food up to 1st Floor Terrace. Told Owner and he said their son had visited two weeks before and said there were some ants then. Now we're home we see some new reviews stating the ants, building works, noisy neighbour on the other side, cleanliness poor and many other smaller issues we raised, had all been raised previously and therefore not addressed. Despite the Owner promising he would rectify everything, now we've given him a long list in an email upon our return. We complained when we got home. As we didn't enjoy our holiday or relax much. We requested compensation and were only offered EUR 250.00. We wanted 50% back not only 20%. When we told the Owner he withdrew his offer and told us it was his last email on the subject.

The nearby construction is an external project beyond our control. At the time of booking, we understood it was nearing completion. We have since taken further steps based on all recent feedback to maintain high standards at the property. Although we were unable to reach an agreement on compensation, we remain committed to transparency and guest satisfaction. Our property has over 100 reviews with an average rating of 9.8, reflecting our consistent effort to offer a high-quality experience. We regret that this was not the case in this particular instance.

Superb (as usual)

This was our 4th stay at the wonderful Beach House in Aguilas. The first time we have been back for 4 years though (Covid and other life stuff got in the way) The Beach House was just as we remembered it; a great base for touring the area, and a perfect location right on the beach-front and a short walk from all the restaurants/shops etc. Despite this being our fourth visit, it was the first time we actually got to meet Luis the owner, who went over and above what could be expected of a host. When we took the decision to get a transfer from the airport and did not have the use of a car; he was there to welcome us at 10pm at night and had got some essential foods in for us as he knew we would be arriving late. He then took me to (several) supermarkets the next day so that we could stock up on any heavy items for our 10 day stay. Just before our trip, my wife fell and injured her ankle. On arrival it became apparent that she was less mobile than we had thought. Luis came to the rescue and sourced a wheelchair for us, and even delivered it to the house. I can't speak highly enough about the service that we received from him. We have already placed a booking for next year. Perfect home, perfect town and perfect host. ( Don't tell anyone though - or we'll never get the dates we want in 2024!) Frank

Great house and attentive host

We had a 7.5hr drive to the property but Luis called us about 1.5hrs before we arrived to check what time we would be there so the property manager could be there to meet us. We went to the supermarket to collect essentials before we went to the house but we really did not need to! There was so much in the property that had been left by others tenants or provided by the owner and with the supermarket only 8 mins walk away, we should have waited! The property manager was helpful although her English is not good and she was keen to get away as her husband and daughter were waiting for her so it did feel a little rushed and, as we were tired, it made us feel a little stressed but other than that we managed to settle in. The house is very clean and very well equipped - almost too much so. There are a lot of things in the kitchen cupboards that are superfluous and as there are a very limited number of cupboards, this made it difficult to put any of our groceries away. There is also very limited work space so cooking is a trial! The property is only 2 bedrooms not 3 as advertised. The 3rd bed is a pull out sofa in the lounge. There are 2 sets of quite steep and uneven stairs in the property which are not good for people with mobility issues. Both my husband (with a bad hip) and myself (waiting for a knee replacement) found this difficult. Overall a lovely property and Luis is lovely. Situation is perfect on the beach. Would recommend!

Très bel appartement parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé. Nous avons apprécié tout particulièrement les terrasses. De plus le propriétaire est charmant et à l’écoute, enfin un grand merci a Marjorie pour son efficacité et sa gentillesse.

Séjour du 02/09 au 13/09

Rapport qualité prix décevant. Beaucoup de travaux de rénovation et d'intendance à réviser ( prises électriques défectueuses, petite salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée avec l'eau qui refoule de la douche, lave vaisselle bof bof, pas d'air conditionné au rez-de-chaussée, escaliers dangereux car marches inégales, sachant que vous devez tout monter par les escaliers pour rejoindre les deux terrasses, nourriture, boissons, vaisselle, ...) Concernant la propreté, à refaire en profondeur... Oui, la vue directe sur la mer depuis les terrasses, plage juste en face de cailloux. Propriétaire présent dans sa maison de l'autre côté de la cour pendant une journée suivant notre arrivée et absent pour un seul bonjour et un comment çà va. Il fait confiance à Marjorie, sa gouvernante, qui est malheureusement prise entre l'enclume et le marteau et fait de son mieux. Donc, faites l'expérience de cette maison si vous le souhaitez comme nous l'avons faite.

Merci pour votre commentaire,la réservation était prévue pour 5 personnes et au final seulement 2 personnes sont venues ce qui a pu vous causer un inconvénient. Vous étiez venu voir la maison par l’extérieur quelques jours avant, et vous saviez que c’est une maison de 2 etages,non un appartement. Nous avons 3 espaces dans la maison avec tables et chaises ou vous pouvez déjeuner,manger,dîner, 1 espace au rez de chaussée,1 espace au 1er étage avec la terrasse et enfin le 3ème espace sur le toit terrasse en utilisant les escaliers . En ce qui concerne la climatisation,il y a 2 diffuseurs (1 juste à l’entrée du salon au 1er étage qui permet de rafraîchir la partie du bas )et 1 autre dans la chambre . Concernant la visite du propriétaire (Luis),il est venu le 03/09/2024 2 fois sonner à la sonnette de la porte principale et il est venu 5fois à la porte de la plage car la fenêtre de la porte était ouverte,mais personne ne lui a répondu. Car il a l habitude de venir saluer ses locataires lorsqu’il est présent dans sa maison. Nous sommes désolés que vous n’ayez pas pu profiter de votre séjour pleinement.

Superbe

Maison très bien équipée, en bord de mer. La proximité de la plage et très appréciable. L’accueil est irréprochable. Luis est très attentionné. Nous avons tous apprécié le séjour
