Perfectly situated for exploring the vibrant hamlet of Narrowsburg, this 2- bedroom, walk to town, apartment offers all the comforts of home. Just steps away from restaurants, shops, yoga studio/gym, brewery, art galleries and the beautiful Delaware River. Newly furnished and painted. First floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, French press, Keurig along with a variety of k-cups to enjoy. Inviting, dining room and relaxing living room. Dedicated workspace and half bath. Enjoy a book or a board game out in the bright and airy sunroom. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a fresh, new queen bed, A/C, desk, charging station, closet, and towel warmer. Full bathroom, shower/tub and towel warmer. Free EV charger is available on the property. This 2-story apartment building is located on property of the Narrowsburg Union, which was previously Narrowsburg Central school. The Narrowsburg farmers market is held next to the apartment on Saturdays, from 10-1, May-Oct. There is a second apartment in the building, owner occupied on the weekends.
Visit the local welcome center in the Narrowsburg Union for brochures and locally made such as honey, maple syrup, soaps, candles, pottery, etc. On Saturdays and Sundays, stop by for breakfast or lunch at the "Union Works Kitchen and Cafe" from 8-2. With its convenient location and inviting atmosphere, our apartment is the ideal choice for your relaxing, Narrowsburg getaway.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at this duplex. Very clean, comfortable and close to family in the area as well as activities in the surrounding area. We had a family reunion going on and the host was extremely accomodating when we needed to check in after being on the road.Will definitely search for this place again as I try to get to Narrowsburg, NY every summer.

Great stay, lovely place. Very comfortable and clean. Only issue was trying to figure TV, but did not spend much time inside, so not a problem. Definitely a 5 Star, would stay again and highly recommend. Location was great, walkable to downtown. Sidewalks leading town a bit challenging due to deterioration and over grown weeds along the way and very dark at night.

I’ve stayed at short term rentals literally all over the world. This is the cleanest property I’ve ever seen. I felt like we were the first people to ever step foot in there! The kitchen is very well equipped, there were ADORABLE gift bags. There’s a bunch of information about local attractions. The property is walking distance to the downtown and the river. There’s a farmers market literally in the back yard! Communication was friendly and timely. Parking is right outside the door. The area feels super safe and quiet. I will absolutely be staying there again.
