Please note, we use comforters with Duvet covers for our beds, top sheets are also available for use. We change/wash the duvet covers after each stay.

★ PARKING ★
There are 2 municipal parking garages located within walking distance from the apartment at 371 4th Street, and 215 Hudson Street.

We offer our guests who travel by car a 50% reimbursement for the parking garage, up to $16 per day.

★ SECURITY CAMERA ★

Security camera/recording devices: There are 3 security cameras on the property: 2 outside the building, 1 on the main hallway inside the building. All devices record when motion and/or sound is detected and are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside the apartment.

★ NOISE MONITORING DEVICE★

In order to prevent parties and our neighbors from excessive noise we have a noise monitoring device on the premises. The device cannot “listen” to your conversations, only monitors the decibel level.

★ EXTRA GUESTS★
The nightly rate accommodates up to 5 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 6. Any guest beyond 5 are considered extra guests and a fee of $60 per guest per night will apply.
