Boat dock-Waterfront-Hot tub on Indian Lake

Think boating and lake all day, dinner with drinks on the dock and hot tub at sunset = magic! This place makes us happy - defiantly not perfect, but that’s not what we are going for anyway. We hope you love it as much as we do!
BEDROOMS: (1) king bed - there is a large closet with a full crib + sheets and a pack and play / memory foam mattress topper / sheets for a makeshift “nursery”. (2) queen bed. (3) bunk room - sleeps 4.
BATHROOM: One bathroom with a tub/shower (this is an older lake house so not very fancy, but it does the job!)
LAUNDRY: Washer & dryer on site!
KITCHEN: Handmade kitchen table with 8 chairs made by yours truly! Stove / cooktop / microwave / retro fridge / pots & pans / utensils / bakeware / coffee pot / spices / first aid kit / crockpot / toaster / glasses / plates.
FAMILY ROOM: Smart tv and fireplace with some cozy seating. We are big fans of the fireplace after tubing and snowboarding at Mad River!
PORCH: My favorite spot in the house! I like to drink coffee in the morning here while the kids fish right off the dock or make a big dinner after a full day of sunshine with drinks and music!
DOCK: We have a boat dock steps from the back door you are welcome to use and a paddle boat you can take out!
HOT TUB: Hot tub is brand new-treated weekly. In my opinion the cherry on top / really nice for our Ohio weather when it might be just a little too cold for swimming in the lake!
FIRE PIT: I’m not sure if my kids enjoy roasting marshmallows more OR playing in the rocks, but I love the cozy spot on fall nights overlooking the water. We do not supply the firewood, but typically you can get at the grocery store close by.
PARKING: There is a covered car port and room for 4-6 vehicles (depending on size) and of course a boat/trailer if you have one!
FYI: We are on well water and have a whole house softener - completely safe to shower and drink. Some people don’t like the taste!
We do not have a grill on site.

DOWNTOWN BELLEFONTAINE: Resturants (that have been on the food network!) / great outdoor dinning / spa and nail boutiques / festivals and food trucks / antique mall shopping / brewery / coffee shops / bar crawls / concerts / plays / comedy shows / indoor laser tag / miniature golf / axe throwing / homemade ice cream / frozen custard and more!
