Step inside the open-concept first floor, where the bright living room flow into a modern fully equipped kitchen and family room with Smart TV and indoor fireplace. From there, walk straight out to your lush backyard paradise—perfect for sunbathing, entertaining, or unwinding under the stars.

Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms, including a king-size master suite with ensuite bath and Smart TV. All rooms have AC, blackout shades, and locking doors for comfort and privacy.

Please smoke safely outside the property only. An additional fee of $600 will be charged for smoking or vaping.

Drugs or any illegal substances are not permitted on the premises. Any violations are subject to a $600 fine and/or immediate cancellation with no refund.

Occupancy is limited to the number of guests in the reservation or by prior agreement with your host. Please, contact your host if you need to adjust the total amount of all guests.

Please respect the home and the neighbors.
Refrain from large, uncontrolled, loud, or late-night parties, gatherings, or loud music. Violations will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Please do not leave children unattended on the property at any time.

Pool Safety Reminder
For everyone's safety, children of any age are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.

The hot tub fee is $50 per day. If you’d like to use it, please submit your request in advance. The fee must be paid prior to check-in.

We support a shoe-free home environment to keep it clean and healthy for everyone.

For security purposes, we have a Ring doorbell at the entrance.
