Welcome to a brand new construction in the heart of Pacific Beach, San Diego. This open concept and open air design, seamlessly blends the beauty of San Diego's outdoors with the modern amenities of a luxury stay. This full furnished, two bed, two bath comes with a fully stocked kitchen, two queen beds, a twin trundle bed, a pull out couch and washer and dryer in unit. The space also comes with central heating and AC for guests to use but trust me, opening the massive sliding doors and letting in the ocean breeze in will do the trick. Additionally, there is a dedicated workspace with dual monitors and high speed Wifi. The smart TV's are already loaded with streaming services for your viewing pleasure. On the small deck adjacent to the kitchen you'll find a propane grill and two complementary surfboards for your use. There is also one reserved parking spot on the property. We ask that other cars park on the street where there is free street parking. Also included at the property is a brand new, four seater Evolution golf cart.

Guest will have access to the entire property. The unit is located on the upper floor of the property, please use the stairs to access the front door. Guest may enter the space using the smart lock, keyless entry. Code will be sent to guests are booking.

Golf Cart - This brand new electric evolution 4 seater golf cart is yours to use! It is street legal which means you can drive and park it on all the streets in Pacific and Mission Beach. You must have a valid drivers license to operate the golf cart. Only individuals staying at this property, 1880 Diamond Street, may operate the golf cart. It is illegal to take the golf carts on any roads where the speed limit is over 35 MPH. The golf cart is equipped with Bluetooth, seat belts, a backup camera and a surfboard rack. The golf cart can be prone to flipping if you take turns too fast so please use caution when driving. The guest(s) will be liable for any damage done to the golf cart or injuries sustained while operating the golf cart. As a street legal vehicle you can receive driving tickets (speeding, DUI, etc.). The guest(s) will be responsible for paying all tickets including parking, traffic and speeding tickets. The golf cart will come fully charged, the orange charging cable is outside the house by the base of the wooden stairs. Please keep an eye on the golf cart charge, it’s a good idea to plug it back in every night so you have a full charge the next day. If the golf cart breaks down or runs out of charge please contact the host.

Pet Hair - This is the hosts primary residence and the host does have a dog. Although the property is deep cleaned before and after every guest stay, there may be some residue dogs hair or dander lying around.
