The ground floor features an exciting recreation room equipped with a basketball game and a table for board games, ensuring fun for everyone. On the second floor, you’ll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms with ocean views and 2 full baths. The third floor offers a stunning great room, an updated kitchen, a half bath, and laundry facilities. The top floor presents an additional bedroom with exceptional ocean views. Make unforgettable memories in this perfectly designed space!

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a weeks stay.


House Rules:
**Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete**
**Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit**
**Up to 2 Dogs (or 100 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee of $200 per pet
**Guests must be at least 25 years of age**
**NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises**
**Absolutely NO smoking allowed**
