The property consists of the following:

- Bedrooms: The property includes 3 luxurious queen bedrooms, each outfitted with a smart TV and free Netflix. The first suite invites relaxation with a corner jacuzzi (1,30m*1,30m) and direct access to a sun-drenched balcony. The second bedroom features a large storage space, an armchair, access to the balcony, and a luxurious design in golden tones. The third bedroom offers comfort, also featuring a large storage space, hidden lighting, and a design that blends modern and classical aesthetics.

- Bathrooms: You'll find two bathrooms in the property. Both bathrooms include a sink, toilet, shower, and mirror. One bathroom features gold details, while the other features black. The bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, hand towels, while body and face towels are provided to all guests.

- The living room, a delightful blend of Athenian allure and modern comfort. This area serves as the gathering spot for guests in the house. It features two very comfortable modern sofas, each of which can be converted into a bed to accommodate one guest. Dominating the space is a massive 75-inch TV with Netflix streaming service, making movie nights truly unforgettable!

- The dining room. When it comes to dining, our expansive area is all about laughter, conversation, and the joy of shared meals. With room to comfortably host six guests, it's the perfect stage for everything from cozy breakfasts to spirited dinner debates. Picture this: A Greek feast spread out before you, the clinking of glasses echoing warm toasts, and the air filled with the buzz of lively discussions and heartfelt laughter.

- The kitchen: Step into our grand kitchen, a culinary playground where family chefs can truly let their imaginations run wild! Brimming with every appliance and utensil your heart could desire, it's a space where gastronomical dreams come to life. Whether you're an aspiring gourmet or a pancake flipper extraordinaire, our kitchen has everything you need to embark on a culinary adventure. Guests' access to the accommodation takes place without the presence of the host. Initially, the arrival of the guest at the building is very easy through the use of Google Maps. It should be noted at this point that there is the option of transportation from the airport, port or any other place for an additional charge. The building's door opens with a code, and afterwards, guests collect the apartment key from a lockbox. All codes are shared with the guest a few days prior to their arrival.

And... in case you are arriving before check-in time (15:00), contact us for early check-in solutions. If we are unable accommodate due to workload, the luggage storage area located just a few minutes away from the property will hold your luggage (with an additional charge) until check-in time, so you can enjoy a leisurely walk through the picturesque streets of Koukaki.
