Penthouse de luxe "touchant" l'Acropole!

Brand New (Nov. 2017) penthouse de luxe haut de gamme en plein centre d'Athènes avec une exceptionnelle véranda de 45 m² offrant une vue directe et dégagée sur l'Acropole (vue par carte postale!), Le temple de Zeus, la colline de Phillopappou ainsi que la mer. La cloison de verre apporte, littéralement, l'Acropole à l'intérieur de l'appartement.

Il est situé à quelques pas de l'Acropole, du musée de l'Acropole, de la station de métro Acropolis (3 minutes à pied) et du temple de Zeus. Restez au coeur de l'Athènes antique!

L'appartement penthouse dispose de meubles BoConcept traversant. En outre, 3 chambres avec lits doubles king-size avec matelas Dunlopillo Latex. Deux des chambres ont une vue directe et dégagée sur l'Acropole. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de 43 '' téléviseurs à écran plat. La cuisine ouverte, faite de ciment forgé, ainsi que le salon avec une télévision à écran plat 55 '' rendent l'intérieur spacieux, reliant la vue depuis les fenêtres arrière avec la vue sur l'Acropole de la véranda avant.
Les salles de bains sont en ciment forgé (ainsi que le sol de l'appartement) avec douche à effet pluie.
Enfin, l'endroit dispose de peintures spécialement conçues pour l'appartement spécifique par un artiste célèbre.

L'appartement est situé dans un endroit très central d'Athènes. Tous les sites archéologiques sont situés à distance de marche ainsi que le musée de l'Acropole et la station de métro Acropolis, le temple de Zeus olympien, le stade panathénaïque et le quartier "Plaka" qui est la partie la plus ancienne de la ville.

This location was excellent. The size of the apartment is great. The shower has great pressure and plenty of hot water to go around. The beds are comfortable. It was not as clean as it could have been and the bedding had a hole and a stain. They only give you towels for one day and only for those that you state on the reservation. Should have gotten enough for 6 people which is the amount that the unit sleeps. The lobby was quite dirty with a homeless person sleeping in the stairway and there was a dead cockroach in the entry way that was there for days.

Our stay in Athens was fantastic! The apartment is modern, spotless, and in an unbeatable location—just minutes from the Acropolis and all the major sightseeing areas. There are countless restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores within a short walk, which made everything so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views of the Acropolis were absolutely amazing, especially from two of the bedrooms with truly outstanding views. Giolena was an exceptional host—communication was excellent from start to finish. She arranged prompt, clean transportation from the ferry and to the airport, and gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!

I would not book a stay at this listing. The listing suggested that it was a three bedroom with a/c. The a/c did not work in one of the bedrooms - making that bedroom nearly unuseable. We contacted the owner/management company for assistance right away. They were slow to respond and then not helpful. At first, we had try and diagnose and solve the problem on our own. After a day or two of the a/c not working, they sent a repairman without notifying us. The repairman did not fix the problem, but did walk off with some personal items. We immediately notified the owner/management company of both the fact that the a/c was still not working, but that we had discovered the missing items. They did not care, so we had to file a police report with the Athens police. The a/c in the one bedroom still did not work properly upon our departure. I would not recommend this place to anyone as the owner/management company demonstrated quite clearly that they do not care when something is wrong and worse that they sent someone into the apartment with no notice who was not a reputable person. I could not give it less than a one star review, but I would have if I could. Truly horrible people.

This penthouse was located in the perfect area for the Parthenon. Lots of great shopping and restaurants in the area as well. Home was a little warm for the AC to keep up in August but other than that, we had a great time.

Penthouse perfect view

Check in/out instructions were excellent, easy to follow. We had an amazing view of the Acropolis from our balcony. Plenty of room for all of us. It might be helpful to have instructions for the appliances (cook top, washer, oven) to prevent mishaps. Wonderful accommodations I would recommend again.

Gorgeous View!

We spent two nights at this rental and it was great! The view is just gorgeous and it's in an area that is central to seeing lots of famous sites that were on our list. The AC works amazingly well and we really enjoyed our stay! Giolena was super responsive and helpful with airport transportation! I would definitely return to this spot again!
