Guests have full access to the main level of the home and all listed amenities.

Other Things to Note:

The upper level of the building is occupied by another tenant with a private entrance. They use the upper deck exclusively. Do not enter the upper deck. There is also an interior staircase leading to their unit divided by a sign—please do not go up.

Garage is not for parking and is shared with the upstairs tenant. Washer & dryer are in the garage and available for guest use.

Exterior of the house is technically shared with another tenant, but you will rarely see them.

Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture.

Pool is not heated.

No air conditioning—portable fans are provided in the living room and bedrooms.

Central heating is available for cooler months.

Fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

House Rules:

No access to upper level, deck, or interior stairs

No parties or unregistered visitors/guests

No smoking indoors

Pool Rules (Please Read Carefully):

Use the pool at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty.

No diving, running, or rough play.

Children must be supervised at all times—no exceptions.

No glass containers near the pool area.

Please shower before entering and dry off before going inside the house.

Do not adjust pool equipment or settings.
