Welcome to our beloved, one-of-a-kind retreat nestled on the west side of town in the Tucson Mountains.
If serenity and escape are what you're looking for - you've found the perfect spot! And with amazing proximity to downtown, this quiet 3.75 acre property is a gorgeous and peaceful home away from home that you relish after a day working or exploring.
Main house can sleep up to 6 guests
Of note: 2 additional guests can be accommodated by booking via our sister listing which includes the guest house!
*This house is situated off of a private dirt road.
(Access and clearance have never posed issues in the past).
Please note that while the property is secluded, the valley carries sound to neighboring estates. We ask that you keep outdoor noise to a reasonable and mindful volume for your entire stay with emphasis on nighttime quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM.

Turn things off. Log out of any TV apps.
Lock up.
Linens can stay on the beds.
Please run a final dishwasher load.

Maintaining upstanding rapport with our neighbors is our goal! Speed limits must be adhered to as you approach and depart the house, and we ask that you are mindful of noise levels when outdoors.
Absolutely no unauthorized gatherings! Guests outside of the booking require written consent from hosts.
No fireworks or explosives of any kind!
Shooting is strictly prohibited on this property!
No commercial filming or photography allowed on property.
If something is broken or damaged during your stay, we understand that life happens, but please let us know!
