The Swing by Velo is a historic home located in a downtown Tucson neighborhood, next to Arroyo Chico Park. This home features 3 large bedrooms with two King size beds and a Queen. All mattresses are memory foam! A Queen size inflatable air mattress in the living room allows comfortable sleeping for up to 8 adults. Tastefully designed for family with children, our mini golf court, Arcade game machine, outdoor dining and fire pit will entertain guests all year round.

Other Things to Note:

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee

This property has 3 exterior cameras, one on the carport, one on the front door and one on the roof, they all point towards the street away from the property.

If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to cure any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.
