Mountain views from every window. Private, one level mid-century home with great air conditioning, beautifully remodeled kitchen and brand new furnishings. Covered outdoor room with conversation area and shaded space to lounge by the saltwater pool. Plenty of parking both in private driveway and free street parking in front of the house. Great wifi throughout property.

Dining room table seats six and if outside dining is desired, there’s a picnic table as well as additional lounge chairs stored in the garage. Enjoy the poolside privacy and large yard with no neighbors on the back property line. Beautiful landscape lighting creates an enchanting outdoor oasis you will not want to leave.

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable recliner chairs to fall asleep in watching your favorite shows on the 65” TV. The living room features a gorgeous West Elm sofa and a gas fireplace to cozy up to and enjoy the vista through the huge picture window looking across the Coachella valley all the way to the mountains of the Joshua Tree Wilderness.

Three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Cal King bed, small TV and desk for working - en-suite full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds and the back bedroom has a 48” wall mounted TV. All three rooms have generous closet space.

Pool service twice a week and yard service once a week. Pool Heating is a separate, pass-through utility charge. A deposit is collected and you will only be charged for what you use durning your stay. Direct contract housekeeping is available to guests during stay.

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.

Parking is easy. Uber is easy. Lot’s of Restaurants easy walking distance. The River Mall with stores and lots of restaurants is right at the bottom of the hill. It is 2.9 miles to walk from house to middle of El Paseo. Hiking trails are within a few blocks.

Host is available via text or email. I try to answer my notifications and texts within a few minutes.

Pool heating is a separate pass-through utility charge. A utility deposit is collected and you will only be charged for what you use during your stay.

To clarify, the surveillance camera is a ring front door only.
