This house is all about location—central to everything you’d want to experience, whether it’s a quick trip to Denver, a day exploring the mountains, or catching a game just 20 minutes from Folsom Field! And if you’re staying between Memorial Day and Labor Day, you’ll love the neighborhood pool and splash pad—the perfect place to cool off during Colorado’s sunny days.

Make yourself at home in this gorgeous, spacious house that’s over 4,000 square feet of fun and relaxation. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it’s the perfect setup for large families or groups of friends to spread out and enjoy their time together. The house backs to peaceful open space, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and tranquility. Plus, it’s been professionally cleaned, and with that fresh, new-home feel, you can relax the minute you step through the door.

The game room is where the magic happens. Picture this: a full-sized pool table, arcade games, a pop-a-shot basketball game, checkers, and plenty of board games to keep the whole crew entertained. It’s the ultimate hangout space for kids and adults alike—perfect for a little friendly competition or just kicking back and watching a game on the 65-inch Smart TV.

Our open-concept design makes it easy for everyone to hang out together, whether you’re cozying up by the gas fireplace in the living room, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with a large island, or grilling out on the covered patio. With central air and heat, you’ll stay comfy year-round, and high-speed Wi-Fi makes sure you’re connected wherever you are in the house.

Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms, including a spacious master with a king bed and a 55-inch Smart TV. There are also bunk beds for the kiddos, and two more bedrooms with queen beds. Plus, we’ve got a designated work station in the loft if you need to catch up on any emails (but we hope you’re too busy relaxing to worry about work!).

On the main level, you’ll find another cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a crib for little ones. The living area has plenty of room to stretch out on the comfy couches (they’re not sofa sleepers, but great for lounging). You’ll love the open kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking up meals and making memories with your group. Don’t forget the backyard covered patio—it’s the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening grill-out with a view of open space.

Ready for more fun? The basement game room is fully loaded with four arcade games (titles change occasionally), a pool table, pop-a-shot, board games, and even more room to relax. There’s a sofa sleeper down here for extra guests, and we can provide air mattresses if needed—just let us know!

We’ve also thought of the little ones: Pack-n-Play, high chair, and crib are all available to make things easy for families traveling with young kids.

Neighborhood Perks:
One of the best parts of staying here? The neighborhood pool! It opens on Memorial Day and runs until Labor Day, and the gated splash pad is a hit with the kiddos. It’s a short walk to bike trails, parks, and a playground, making it easy to get outside and enjoy the fresh Colorado air.

What You Need to Know:
* Parking: The garages aren’t available, but you’ve got plenty of room with a two-car driveway and street parking.
* No Smoking inside the home or on the premises.
* No Pets allowed to ensure we maintain a clean, allergen-free space for all guests.
* While we offer fast Wi-Fi, we can’t guarantee against internet outages or unforeseen maintenance issues—fingers crossed for smooth sailing during your stay!
* Early check-in may be available for a fee—just let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
* No early luggage drop-off available due to cleaning protocols.
* Exterior security cameras are on-site for your safety (located on the front porch, garage, and back porch), but don’t worry—they don’t look into any interior spaces.
* We ask that you take care of the home and return it as you found it. If additional cleaning is required, an additional minimum cleaning fee of $500 may be applied.
