Property is wonderful. Well supplied kitchen. Beautiful pool area. Easy access to the unit. Great neighborhood. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with well supplied bathrooms and with extra linens. Laundry room with extra beach towels a nice plus. One problem, in the heat of July & August the air conditioner cannot keep up to cool the home. The rental agency was fantastic to work with and very accommodating! They had a technician out right away in the morning to make the unit was working properly and provided three mobile air conditioning units to help. Even with those the house was warm. During the heat of the day the home gets up to around 80 degrees even with all the blinds closed and all the lights off. But, again, this was only during a time when it is extremely hot in Arizona. I am sure this is not an issue during the cooler months. Again, the rental agency was fantastic and did everything they could to address the issue.

Quiet Realxing Home

We stayed for a family event in town. We stayed with out older parents and the place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with a nice golf course view from the patio. Sunsets every night. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and tidy as well, parking off street and on garage available. Good communication from the host was a plus as well. Plenty of room for the four of us and more if you wanted another couple or children to stay. This was a great gome base for the family while visititing for a family event in town.

Spring training

We went the Guardians spring training. It was my husband and I, his parents, and our 16 year old son. This house worked great for us. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the Guardians facility. The Phoenix speedway is nearby and it also happened to be a NASCAR race weekend, so we drove over to check it out. Clean property.

Comfortable & Relaxing

Our family stayed here over spring break and loved it. Very clean and comfortable property. There are a lot of restaurants and things nearby that you can go to, as well as a grocery store. We also went to a Top Golf that wasn't far away.Everything was easy to access at the home. The rental property communicated well & we didn't have any issues. The outdoor patio/pool area is lovely, and it's nice to have the golf course behind you. No backyard neighbors. We would highly recommend.

Location review

Very convenient and pleasant location to west side of Phoenix. We enjoyed our stay, quiet neighborhood (except for some vocal geese on the pond in back). We'd recommend getting the pool heater fixed, the backfiring and vibration were disconcerting.

My friends and I had a music festival at Phoenix Raceway and this place was perfect! Space for everyone, nearby, and a gorgeous view in the backyard!

Road Maintenance Show

While there crews were applying a seal coat to the road surface starting at 7:00 am. Access to house was difficult due to block off roads, etc. Fortunately, we basically only slept there, gone visiting relatives rest of time.

Overall good experience. Dish remotes for TV were provided but there was no app on the TV to use them. Internet went down two days before checkout and could not get it to work.

Comfortable and cool

A few major problems at the start as far a toilet over flowing and the worst thing was the air conditioning didn’t work but they resolved our issues quickly and made sure our stay was very comfortable and cool it was very clean and the pool was amazing !!the view was absolutely gorgeous and in a great safe area

Happy in AZ

House was clean and comfortable. Master bedroom needs updating, mattress, bedding and pillows! Didn’t use other bedrooms, so not sure of their conditions. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Enjoyed the pool! Overall was a very nice stay!

Avondale Trip.

This house was awesome felt like home and clean. Pool heated quick and was very nice. Everything was working there was no issues with anything. Easy to contact we extended are stay and there was no issue when we did even though it was a last second idea. Really enjoyed are stay thank you.
