We had a great time at this property. It is a charming beach cottage that has a fantastic location. It is an older home but that's what gives it its charm. You can feel the host's family history through the different pictures and nicknacks. It was very relaxing sitting in the screened porch looking out over the dunes at the ocean and sunrises from the top deck were simply breath taking. You also can't beat the 30 second walk to the beach. We loved the large dining room table for our family game nights. The host (Alexis) was very prompt with communications and accomidating. Thank you for a great vacation

If you are looking for a great location literally ON THE BEACH, this place is for you.Great location with sounds of waves crashing from inside the house and views of the ocean from the screened in porch and amazing views from the upper deck.With the extended deck, natural light in the house is limited, but ideally you are outside as much as possible anyway.Heads up- it’s a spiral staircase up to the upper deck. Not an issue for us but a challenge for our 4-legged friends. Just an FYI.Overall- great place, clean and exactly as expected. No complaints.We love the Delaware beaches- great restaurants around great vibe up in Rehoboth and the boardwalk there and awesome that this house is pet friendly!!!

You know how people don’t want to share contact information for a good babysitter or hairdresser? This place was so great, I almost don’t want to share this gem. However, that would be unfair to the place, as it is so incredibly charming. It’s the perfect combination of matching interior charm with authentic family collections. It feels like you’ve been welcomed to a family member’s cabin. The beds were great. House was sand-free when we got there and everything we needed was there. The location was exactly what we needed: quiet, directly on the beach, beach viewing deck and really friendly neighbors and entrance staff.Needless to say, I loved it and it offered the rooms, privacy and collective spaces our family desperately needed at the end of summer. I can’t wait to stay again!

Salty Paws is the quintessential beach cottage that reflects those fun filled carefree days we have all spent with family and friends. The cottage is comfortable, clean, and spacious, All the rooms are on one level and the one flight of stairs is easy to navigate. The kitchen is a good size and where the washer and dryer (full size) are located in a closet. It is well equipped and ready to prepare a family meal. There is a large dining table with plenty of seating. White and bright it is not as it shows in the pictures. Instead the warm wood walls are filled with beautiful, vibrant paintings and art work. The furniture is accented in hues of blue and the bedrooms have a comfortable selection of bed sizes for all. See that in description section. The expansive screened in porch is the place to hear the waves and take in the salty air while relaxing the day away. Two easy access points lead directly to the beach and water faucets for cleaning sandy feet. The neighborhood is quiet and easily walkable for the dog. I so appreciated that my dog was welcome. Our host has been wonderful and easy to reach. This is a very special cottage and my friend, dog, and I hope to return. Thank you for our wonderful vacation!
