C'EST LA BONNE!! 12 personnes! Plage privée!

Le sous-marin jaune est la maison parfaite à la plage!

Le premier niveau est un plan d'étage ouvert (TV / DVD, table à manger ronde (sièges 5), îlot de cuisine, cuisine complète) Le meilleur de tous ... il y a un grand porche filtré ... une «chambre» parfaite à la plage!

Trois des quatre chambres sont au premier niveau. Deux partagent une demi-salle de bain (petites chambres avec un lit double chacune) et le troisième (roi) a sa propre demi-bain et portes coulissantes en verre à la véranda. Il y a une salle de douche séparée au niveau principal pour tous à utiliser.

Le deuxième niveau a une salle de bain complète, une grande chambre (deux lits queen) et une mezzanine qui se double d'un salon (TV) pendant la journée et «5ème zone de couchage» la nuit (canapé-lit queen)

La maison dispose également d'un lit pliant (simple) pour un couchage supplémentaire.

Le balcon sur le toit / terrasse est un endroit idéal pour les enfants à sortir ou pour quiconque de profiter de l'heure du soleil en plein air.

À l'extérieur. . Profitez de la cour de 1/2 acre, véranda-in, table de pique-nique, trou de maïs, gril de charbon de bois et douche EXTÉRIEURE FERMÉE!

La location du sous-marin jaune vous donne tous les droits sur la plage privée pendant tout votre séjour. Middlesex Beach est une plage surveillée. . et seulement ceux avec des passes peuvent être sur la plage (le Yellow Submarine vient avec des passes de plage !!) Il n'y aura pas de problème pour trouver un endroit de choix dans le sable.
Le Yellow Submarine est à 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et vous pouvez y aller à pied dans env. 5 minutes. Vous avez également la possibilité de conduire et d'utiliser les cartes de stationnement que nous fournissons. Puisque seulement ceux avec des passes sont autorisés dedans. . Il n'y a jamais de problème pour trouver une place de parking.

Vous ne voudrez plus jamais aller à une plage couronnée!

La vie privée s'étend à la maison et à la cour aussi! Vous serez niché dans une rue sans issue. . parmi les arbres (pour la vie privée). . . les voitures ne stationnent pas sur le bord de la route. . vous pouvez faire des promenades, faire du vélo. . . Ce n'est rien comme n'importe quel autre endroit sur la plage !! (Pourtant, vous êtes à quelques pas de tout ce que la plage offre !! (mini golf, promenades, restaurants, magasins, etc.)

En moins de deux minutes, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à Subway, McDonald's, Bethany Seafood, le magasin à un dollar, un restaurant chinois et plus encore!

Great Beach Location

Listing is as advertised, it's truly a great house, with a great screened in porch large enough for the whole family to gather, relax and eat. Middlesex beach is fantastic as well!

Best Vacation Home

We had the best time ever at the yellow submarine, having stayed in the fenwick/bethany area before, this house made the trip so special. It was comfortable and cozy and in such a great location. We absolutely loved the screened in porch, spent a lot of time out there. We will definitely be returning, can't wait for next summer :)

Bethany Beach is a great location. Lots to do in the area. Highly recommend visiting Berlin ... the town is so quaint. Assateague Island was beautiful and we actually saw some wild horses. Don't miss out eating at Arenas Deli - delicious.

Great Escape

We love this property! We have gone here for 3 years now and just absolutely love it! Even though it's not right on the beach, we love the location. The street is not busy at all so our younger kids can enjoy riding bikes, etc while also being in a very convenient spot. The beach is still just a short walk away.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Bethany Beach

Had the most amazing time with family at the Yellow Submarine! The house fit us perfectly and the kitchen was well stocked. The private beach was just a few steps away and made the experience so enjoyable. Carol was super responsive during the whole trip. We will be back next year!

Loved Everything About This Place!!

What a gem! We loved every minute of our time at the Yellow Submarine. From its close proximity to the beach to its light and airy living space to its well-appointed kitchen to its amazing screened in porch (oh my goodness, the porch), we were head over heels about this place. The ability to drive our aging parents down to the private beach and park close (even though it’s only a 5 minute walk) was invaluable. We hope to come back next year and make more memories. Thank you, Carol, for everything!!

Hidden Gem on Bethany Beach

Spent 11 nights at The Yellow Submarine. My children and grandchildren joined us for a long weekend. What a great family house. Lots of open space, screened in porch was great, very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great showers. My grandchildren loved the outdoor shower!! It is like staying in a cabin in the mountains...passing everyday was a family of deer- and a short walk to the beach- best of both worlds. Carol was very quick with responses and the private beach....perfect. Thank you Carol for sharing your lovely beach house!!

Ideal beach house

This is our third year staying at the Yellow Submarine. It never disappoints. The location is perfect. The private beach is a 4 minute walk. The neighborhood is private with very friendly people. Carol is a great host and replies within minutes of any questions or concerns. The kitchen is well stocked with a large refrigerator. There is another refrigerator on the porch which is so helpful for beverages. We used the grill almost every night and ate on the large table on the porch oasis. Such a delightful vacation. another great week

This is our second summer staying at the Yellow Submarine. This rental does not disappoint. Ideal neighborhood for children. The house is well equipped for entertaining both children and adults. Of course the screened-in porch is the best place to just hang with the family. The ceiling fans keep it cool enough for enjoyment. All of the above and more including the private beach just 5 minutes walking distance. We hope that we are able to rent again next year. Linda and David

Terrible Host Experience

I hate to write a negative review and took extra time to cool off after what happened to us at this property. We had family visiting from overseas. Their biggest wish was to spend some time at the beach. So we spend hours looking for a house to accommodate our large group and ended booking this property in May for an August vacation. By the time we arrived it was fully paid for. Yet after driving 5 hours with children, one with sever disability, we found another family unpacking when we arrived at the house. We contacted the host who confirmed they double booked us and that they would try to find us another place to stay. Then they followed up that Vrbo would find us another house. Vrbo put us in a hotel splitting the family into 5 separate rooms. They said they would book us a different house but they never did. They sent us a few links to other Vrbo properties that were much farther away from the beach. We had to find our own accommodation last minute even though we had planned, prepared, and paid for this property. I ended up booking a house through another service that apparently better safeguards against situations like these and where I have never heard let alone experience a double booking. Sure,they refunded us right away and the host offered a restaurant gift card. But we had a group of 9 stuck at the height of the season without a place to stay. Cancellation reason the host provided was propery damage/natural distater which is simply untrue and proves dishonesty.

Love the location of the property in Middlesex

Love the private beach and the quiet shaded neighborhood yet in close proximity to downtown Bethany for boardwalk and restaurants but out of the hubbub of crowded Bethany beaches.

Property is well-kept. Owners are responsive if there are issues. (There were none, but have dealt with a small concern previously). Tremendous location, tucked away in the trees but a short walk to the beach or short drive to boardwalks, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect beach getaway

Yellow Submarine was terrific. We especially enjoyed the large screened in porch after a day on the private beach. It seemed everything was a short walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and the accommodations very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen was also appreciated. This is a great home for a family to enjoy. We would definitely go back.

perfect beach home

Location is perfect. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Really only steps to the beach. Its private and you really don't know how lucky you are sitting on that beach until you look at the nonprivate beaches and see the crowds. Plus you feel safe. Lots of families with young kids. Very pleasing to watch them play in the sand. The house is such a cute home. Theme is beachy and the yellow is soothing. The house stands out in the neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked. We didn't need to bring anything. Love the lay out. Plenty of room to cook and entertain at the same time. Was able to keep an eye on the grandkids while they watched TV when preparing a meal. We sat in the porch most of the time. Plenty of space for eating and doing puzzles. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom showers were fine. Lots of games and books to keep the family entertained. Nice yard to play bean bag toss. Carol was a gem. She was always available however we really didn't need her because everything was in working order. We will be back. Hopefully next year.

Great property. Everything you needed right at your fingertips. The hostess let us check in a little early which was so helpful. The loft and 2nd story deck was so fun. Large selection of games and wonderful screened deck on the first floor. Beautifully landscaped. It was a perfect beach house.

Always a Good Experience

Staying at the Yellow Submarine always is enjoyable. The accommodations and location make it an annual trip for our family. We have never had a serious issue, The owner clearly takes pride in the property and was very responsive.

Awesome house

We were very comfortable in the yellow submarine. It’s so convenient to everything. Lots of parking and outdoor space. The little touches made it especially nice. Hooks everywhere. Coffee station. Crush machine. BBQ grill. Huge kitchen counter with a well stocked kitchen. We loved our stay here.

Great location for a low stress beach getaway

We loved being a bit away from the bustle of Bethany. This a well-maintained older beach house in a great location, easy to get to everything. We loved being on a private beach with plenty of space to spread out, maintain social distancing, and easy parking. The kitchen has everything you need and everything is in working order. The washer and dryer seemed bigger than the usual stacking unit. There are hooks EVERYWHERE which was awesome, and plenty of seating space inside and outside on the screened-in porch. Check in was super easy and the owners left great directions so we could figure out how everything worked.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We purchased The Yellow Submarine after years of loving Middlesex Beach! We have been vacationing (renters ourselves!) in Middlesex since 1987. Once we found the private beach, we couldn't go to any other beach! Our children have grown up being allowed to play frisbee, surf and run freely on an uncrowded beach. We also came to love the privacy offered from the 1/2 acre yards in Middlesex. We have tried to make The Yellow Submarine a Renter's Dream by adding all the things we wished were at the numerous houses we rented over the years (and by copying the things we LOVED at those other rentals too) Middlesex Beach is our favorite place in the world!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My husband's favorite thing is that we park our cars when we arrive and get the bikes out. Our kids love to bike to the end of the street and buy ice cream after dinner. They also love biking to the boardwalk. Our younger nieces and nephews love the dead end street where they are allowed to bike and play ball in the middle of the road! We love that we can walk and bike up to Summer Salt's Bar & Grille for wings and drinks! My parents love the fine dining in the area (Blue Coast, Parkway, Sedona's & More). The kids love biking to Candy Kitchen, the Dollar Store, Chinese food and the beach supply store. Mostly we love that, in Middlesex, we are secluded! Every night we fix our beach drinks, turn on the tiki lights on the porch and press play on the beach CD...then sit back, relax and smile!
