INDOOR SPACE-

Bedrooms - This home features three spacious bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with a total of five separate beds. All three bedrooms offer quality mattresses and comfy linens, ensuring a restful night`s sleep after a day of fun. For added peace of mind, mattresses and pillows are encased in protective covers.
• Primary Suite: King bed, private desk area, direct pool access, smart TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: King bed with smart TV and closet storage
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed with clothes storage
• Living Space: Two XL twin, trifold mattresses with bedding to be set up in any living space

Bathrooms - Each of our two bathrooms is stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, so you can pack light.
• Primary En-Suite Bathroom: Very spacious with double vanity, soaker tub, and walk-in shower.
• Guest Bathroom: Spacious with tub/shower combo

Kitchen - Our fully equipped kitchen is designed to inspire your inner chef and make meal prep a breeze. You`ll find a complete set of cookware, bakeware, and BBQ tools, along with essential pantry staples like cooking oils, a variety of spices, coffee with filters, and tea—so you can pack light and limit the shopping. Enjoy your meals comfortably with ample seating that includes two spacious dining tables and a convenient bar area, perfect for gatherings.

Living room - Kick back and get comfy on the big sectional—there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. You can watch your favorite shows or movies on the large TV, making it a great spot to chill and hang out after a day of fun.

OUTDOOR SPACE-

Step into your own private desert oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, and sun-soaked pool deck. Lounge in the sunshine on comfortable sunbeds or cool off in the in-pool loungers with a drink in hand. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen makes it easy to grill for your group, while the shaded pergola with cozy seating offers a perfect retreat from the midday heat. Challenge friends to a round on the putting green, then wind down in the evening with the warm glow of string lights overhead. Gather around the firepit for stargazing, storytelling, or simply enjoying the peaceful desert nights. Every corner of this backyard is designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable moments.

*Pool and Hot Tub Fees: The pool and hot tub are heated by propane, which is very effective but expensive; therefore, there is a daily fee that we have to charge. These charges are initiated OUTSIDE THE INITIAL RESERVATION. The cost for heating changes based on the ambient temperature of Mesquite. We will need 3 days notice prior to your arrival for the charge to occur and for us to arrange heating. The prices are as follows:

POOL & HOT TUB: Winter - $150 a day
Summer - $25 (Hot tub only)
Fall & Spring - $100 a day.

HOT TUB ONLY: Winter months - $35 a day
Summer - $25 a day
Fall & Spring - $25 a day


PARKING: We offer free parking in our 2-car garage, driveway, and street parking.

* Base fee is for 6 guests. $30 per guest per night over six guests and up to the maximum occupancy of eight guests.

*Low/Non shedding dogs (only) allowed upon approval. Please inquire to have pets approved before reserving. $150 per pet per stay or week. Two max. Thank you!

Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Your co-hosts are available should you need them. Just reach out on the message feed. In cases of an emergency or problems with check-in, please give them a call.

You will need a car get around Mesquite. There are shuttles that will bring you into Mesquite from Las Vegas, but most people choose to have a car.

* If you have a fully trained and medically needed service dog, we would appreciate prior notice so that we can prepare for it. Thank you!

*Security cameras have been placed in the front entry facing the street and in the garage. No cameras are present in any indoor or outdoor living area.

*Our home is a No-smoking ($500 fine if evidence is found at checkout) and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays.

*Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.

*Because of the pool and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the pool. There is an alarm with a noise bypass on the slider leading to the pool. It can be annoying but required by state law. However, this can be turned off by a switch. If turned off or the batteries are removed, it is at your own risk. Also, it must be turned on and/or batteries re-installed before checkout.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there may be a fee of $100.

* Propane should be operated by adults only.

* Measures have been taken to ensure your safety.
~ Lock and alarm on slider which leads to the
outdoor area.
~ Fire extinguisher in kitchen
~ First Aid kit in laundry room
~ Smoke detectors throughout the home. We
do not utilize natural gas in the house.
* NO SMOKING - $500 fine

* Pets (low/non shedding dogs only) must be approved and paid for prior to check-in. Unregistered/unapproved dogs in the property will results in a $500 cleaning fine

*Clean up pet droppings in outdoor space ($150 fine if left for housekeeping.)

* Service Animals - We would appreciate prior notice of a service animal used for disabilities as we like to prepare the home. Thanks so much.

* Please shower, wipe your feet and remove lotions before getting in the swim spa.

*Any guests or belongings brought onto the property outside of the original reservation are subject to an additional fee and/or removal from the property.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.

* Shoes off please - Our road systems, especially in the warmer months, emit a residue that is hard on the flooring. We want to keep our space as clean as possible for all guests. Thank you.

CHECKOUT: 10:00 AM
1. Please load dishwasher with all dishes and start.
2. Please start one load of towels on HOT.
3. Please set temperature at 69 in winter and 79 in summer.
4. Please clean up after yourselves and your pet in the yard.
4. Please sign off personal TV APPS and leave remotes in respective rooms.
5. Please leave garage remote where you found it. Replacement fee if lost.
6. Please lock door and windows.
7. Please send a quick note saying you have checked out. It is very helpful for our
housekeeping staff.
