The kitchen is small but mighty, including all of your basic cooking items. This is a lower level property, so a full flight of stairs is required to access the unit. There is no
designated parking for this unit, however street parking is not too difficult to come by.

Wake up to the sound of the waves and take in ocean views from the living area or beachfront patio. The condo features a comfortable queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, full bathroom, and a cozy living space where you can unwind after a day by the water. The wall unit air conditioner in the living room will keep you cool during those sunny summer days.

Step outside and you’re on the shared sandy backyard beach area, perfect for reading a good book, sunbathing, or watching the sunset. The shared beach area offers seating where you can relax with your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink with ocean breezes.

Conveniently located near the Oceanside Pier and plenty of great restaurants and shops, this beachfront retreat is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful and easy coastal escape.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
