Very comfortable setting for our group of 20 people. The younger members of our group, especially enjoyed the game room downstairs. It was very close to downtown Helen and the many attractions there. There were a few minor issues, but the house responded very quickly and effectively. We have stayed at two other properties in Helen, and this was the best!

Awesome experience and a great host. We loved all the amenities at the house and hardly wanted to leave to go see downtown Helen.

The house was beautiful. We loved sitting on the back deck with an amazing view of the mountains. The amounts of cookware was not sufficient for the amount of people in the house. Maybe add one more coffee pot. Beds were very comfortable. I might have brought a small blanket from home. We ran out of time but wished we all could have tried out the community pickleball courts.

First annual Sibling Trip with representation from 4 states. The property was perfect for the 10 of us as we all had our own king bedroom. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings before it got too hot. The guys enjoyed the theatre room on Saturday’s game day. We went to the community’s pickleball court and played (the one at the property was a little small and would have been good for kids but we were afraid we’d lose the balls over the sides).Communication was great with the hosts and they responded to our messages promptly.Overall great trip!

What a fun tradition to start! We’re honored our home got to be part of your first annual Sibling Trip and that the king bedrooms gave everyone their own comfortable space. This is a great home for visiting with a large group. It has a beautiful view and is located very conveniently to anything around Helen and Cleveland. The house is very roomy and the hosts were very thoughtful leaving toiletries in each bathroom in case you forgot something. Every age group would be entertained in this house. We'll be coming back to visit soon.

Beautiful home with a perfect Mountain View! Even though we had three families come and stay together, we each had our own space and didn't feel cramped. This home was super clean upon arrival too. There were a few minor issues with bugs coming into the house but the owners were quick to respond and help. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

The house was the perfect place for teenagers to hang out and have fun, and for adults to relax. The game room and theater were amazing, and the hot tub and sauna were huge hits! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the extra paper towels, tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent…small things that just make a stay so much easier without having to go and purchase these items. The kitchen was well stocked and included everything we needed for eating in. The views were amazing from the deck, and the house was a short 5 min drive from downtown Helen. Will recommend highly to friends and family!

What an amazing property!The views are stunning.The house was a dream. Plenty of space. Loads of games in the loft and in a game room that would rival a sports bar. The theater room is incredible with comfy chairs and a huge, but huge screen. Sat was Xmas movies, Sunday football!The kitchen is so well appointed, it is like being at home. All the utensils and cookware you could ask for and some basic supplies you might need.The bedrooms are spacious and the beds super comfortable.There is eating space for all the guests (- pet peeve of mine in many houses that sleep 20 but have tables for 6 - eating in shifts?) This house has a massive dining table that hosted meals and card games and holiday games.We couldn’t have been happier. Thanks for the memories!

What a beautiful place to hold our family reunion. Spacious, quiet and a lovely part of this country. The house was amazing with plenty of rooms, bathrooms, dining and living areas. My son in law loved the Blackstone grill which made for some delicious smash burgers. The children loved the theater and game room as well as the little park in the back. I was amazed that there were no bugs, like mosquitos in such a wet, green area. We were all prepared with bug spray but never had to use it. Our only disappointment was the pickleball court by the side of the house. It's great for newbies and kids but not for anyone who has played before. Other than that, we'd come again in a heartbeat. We loved tubing down the river, visiting the cute little town of Helen plus the nearby hikes to waterfalls, simply gorgeous. We had a great time in this lovely mountain home.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family and friends. The house comfortably fit our group of 21 guests without ever feeling cramped — plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and still gather together for meals and game nights. The location was fantastic, just a short trip from town, making it easy to explore Helen’s shops, restaurants, and attractions while still having a peaceful home base to come back to.The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, and it was clear a lot of care goes into keeping this property in great shape. Everything we needed was provided, and the space made hosting a big group so much easier than we expected. We’d happily book this home again for our next family trip and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a large group!

We stayed here with 10 family members while attending a wedding at a nearby winery, and it was absolutely perfect for our group.The home is spacious, beautifully maintained, and has stunning mountain views. Its location is ideal—close to Helen and all the surrounding attractions, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true mountain retreat.There was truly something for everyone. The game room was a huge hit, the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the sauna, with its incredible mountain view, was a wonderful bonus. We also enjoyed the movie room for family time in the evenings. The large backyard was another highlight, especially for our dog, who loved having room to run and play.The host was exceptional. Communication was easy, questions were answered promptly, and they made us feel welcome from the moment we booked until we checked out. The house was well-equipped, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway or a place to gather with family and friends.
