1. **No Parties Allowed:** We maintain a serene environment, and as such, parties are strictly prohibited within the premises.

2. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. **Immediate Departure for Violations:** In the event of any policy violations, immediate departure will be enforced. Additionally, a $200 penalty will apply to cover associated costs.

4. **Towels for Personal Use Only:** Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal.

Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our guest portal. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and to provide both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
