Small, but very clean with updated bathroom and well equipped kitchen. In the heart of Fairport… a vey nice town. Host was very accommodating.

This studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Great location with plenty of off-street parking. Fairport was a pleasant surprise with excellent choices for dining right on and near the Erie Canal.

Absolutely loved my stay, and Shelby was an incredible host that communicated well, and provided a safe and private refuge where I could truly enjoy every moment. Also so close to shopping, restaurants and the Erie Canal. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay for a solo traveler really a bit tight for two I thinkI will have to comment on the height of the microwave. I am 5'4" and had to stand on tiptoes to operate it . I could put no liquids in due to the height and not being able to get them out level. I would like to recommend a full length mirror maybe on the back of the closet door. There was not one day I could see totally how I looked before going out. I had a dress on one day and wanted to be sure to look especially nice. It was a longer dress but no higher hanging rack in the closet. It dragged on the floor Overall I had a great time visiting and would recommend this to a solo traveler. Location is outstanding. Everything within walking distance that you want or need Very clean good communication with the hosts and wonderfully easy check in processThank you for a great stay

My granddaughter enjoyed her stay. She was busy visiting family and friends so she didn’t spend much time at the apartment. I didn’t realize it was a studio apartment with no living room but she made due.

Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays.
