Pets welcome if approved - please enquire. Pet fee is $20/night per pet, to be paid a few days prior to arrival. Variable pricing for longer stays.

Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a queen bed in one, and a queen/twin combination in the other. Perfect for parents who need child in same room.

The full bathroom with shower/tub is located on the main floor, as well as a half-bath on the main floor.

*** Please note: There are train tracks about two blocks away, adjacent to the canal, with trains passing through several times/day.
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside please - if an ozone machine is required for next guest due to smoking in the house, a $150 fee will be charged.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
