Chalet de ski traditionnel confortable (mais spacieux) fait face à la route entre les deux Mt. Logements de ski d'Abram. Aller sur la navette inter-lodge car il passe par la porte d'entrée dans ce domaine skiable familial avec une variété de terrains. La propriété offre également un accès facile (15 à 20 minutes en voiture) à Sunday River, l'une des premières stations de ski du Maine. Ville de Bethel (10 minutes en voiture) offre une variété de boutiques, restaurants, bars, épiceries, etc. Le centre local (un mile) fournit des articles d'épicerie de qualité, le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner. Vous pourrez déguster une délicieuse bière locale au Sunday River Craft Brewery (15 minutes en voiture). Summers offre un accès aux installations de lancement de bateau, randonnée, vélo et autres plaisirs d'été du Maine tout près.

La maison est meublée dans un style rustique et confortable. TV, lecteur Blu-ray / DVD et Wi-Fi offrent des options de divertissement. La cuisine mise à jour avec une nouvelle cuisinière, un micro-ondes, une cafetière, un grille-pain et un grille-pain facilite la cuisson. L'étage principal a une chambre principale. Deux chambres à l'étage ont chacune 3 lits simples. Espace de couchage supplémentaire pour 2 ou 3 dans le niveau inférieur fini. Deux salles de bain complètes, une avec douche et l'autre avec douche. Beaucoup de place pour la famille et les amis. La cheminée électrique ajoute l'ambiance et la chaleur douillette. Le pont avec une table de pique-nique permet de s'asseoir à l'extérieur, si le temps le permet. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place pour l'usage des invités.

Pendant les mois d'été, profitez de l'accès aux sentiers de randonnée à proximité du parc d'État de Grafton Notch, du Sunday River Big Adventure Centre, de diverses activités estivales à Sunday River et des sports nautiques dans les lacs à proximité.

Nice house to spend time with family in Maine!

We enjoyed our time spent in this house and this is kids friendly space. I would definitely recommend this listing if one is looking for cost effective house to get peaceful rest after wandering in Maine/New Hampshire during day. In short, this is not too fancy house but has a good vibe!

No this is not the Ritz nor do we aspire to that! It is a pleasant Maine cottage with plenty of amenities for a family or group of friends. Our goal is a clean comfortable home away from home for those who want to enjoy Maine's mountain pass-times from hiking, to biking and skiing all at your doorstep.

Theis cabin is a great value for the money. It is almost walkable to Mr. Abram and about a 25-minutes drive to Sunday River ski resort. The cabin is cozy and can accommodate a lot of people. The kitchen is well equipped and having the washer and dryer was a big plus. Communication with Elizabeth was easy and we really appreciated that our daughter’s dog was able to be at the cabin. The only negative is that the house is older and a bit run down and somewhat dark inside.

Thanks for your positive review. We we appreciate your suggestions and will look to increase the lighting. Yes the house is vintage (so am I, but still going strong!). It is part of an established community of affordable ski "chalets" built mid 20th century. We're glad you enjoyed your stay.

A cozy stay in a beautiful and well-equipped home in Maine

Neighborhood was lovely, We stayed for several weeks. The home was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for cooking. Free high speed wifi and Roku. Plenty of places to sleep, great communication with host, onsite laundry, and we were able to bring our dog. Lots of parking and located very close to a family ski and mountain bike park. Highly recommend. We were very happy and would stay again.

Perfect location, great host, and comfy well-equipped home

We have very much enjoyed our stay here in Leprechaun's Landing. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfy, a fast wifi connection and Roku TV extremely helpful, and the location is stellar. Communication has been very easy with the host and the home has everything we need. Place is beautiful inside and out. Our dogs have been very happy. We would absolutely recommend this place and are looking forward to our next stay. Currently the fall colors are beautiful and the house was cool in the summer. Perfectly located between Mt Abrams main lodge and west side location which hosts mountain bikers in the summer. Back deck is relaxing and property manager does a great job with the landscaping and mowing. Could not be happier. There is plenty of room for a large family or several people to share the space. Basement has a bumper pool table and more room to spread out. Two bathrooms.

This totally fit the bill for our ski weekend at Mt.Abram. The Location was ideal, layout inside very accommodating, well stocked kitchen for preparing your own meals and very clean. Would absolutely return. Thank you!

Great location

Nice spot, and plenty roomy. You can hike, or ski very close by. The place was clean and check in was easy. My only complaint is that they should have a few games available for families to play, and their pool sticks are in horrible shape and could use replacement. Overall, a great place though.

We had a wonderful experience at this clean, cozy, quiet and charming chalet. It is located close to Mt Abram and Sunday River ski mountains and Bethel, ME where they have a world class Gem museum. Thank you and we will return soon!

Leprechaun's Landing is Lovely

We had a great time staying at Leprechaun's Landing. It was very comfortable for our family of 5 + dog. The house was very clean. The kitchen was great and it had all the pots/pans/utensils we needed. Beds and couches were all comfortable. The bumper pool table was a nice bonus thing for us to do. We skied at Sunday River which was about 20 minutes away. If you want to ski at Mt. Abram, you can easily walk to the westside lodge. Owner was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy cottage

Peaceful Ski cabin right at the base of Mt Abram. 20 min drive from Sunday River. Clean and Cozy. Rec-room downstairs for kids to play, dart board, bumper pool, and plenty of room to spread out. Our family of 8 was very comfortable.

Roomie and Great Price

Could use a curtain in main level restroom. Several light bulbs blown. Could use little bit better directions of what to do when closing up the house. But, was very happy with the way the kitchen had all the essentials, loads of towels, etc. Very quiet and beautiful area. Would stay again. It was the best week ever.

Comfortable and convenient Mt. Abram lodging

We had a wonderful stay at Leprechaun Landing over February break. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and provided easy access to both sides of the mountain. The owner was a pleasure to work with, and we hope to stay there again soon!

I moved to Maine years ago and fell in love with the state. I hope to share this beautiful part of Maine with my guests. I also love to travel. You will see photos from a variety of locations on display at Leprechaun's Landing from Paris to Hawaii, from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Alaska backcountry. This camp was bought for the family but is now shared with guests who wish to enjoy a bit of Maine in a quiet setting.

This property provides a lovely middle ground by offering a cozy chalet setting at family friendly Mount Abram while also offering easy access (20 minutes) to Sunday River ski resort. In summer there's easy access to a variety of outdoor sports activities. The house has a great little kitchen and can host a crowd at a modest price yet cozy for a couple or a few friends.
